This is, without doubt, one of the best views of the Yampa and it is lovely to sit out on the balcony and drink coffee while enjoying the scenery & fresh mountain air. The unit is a 5 minute walk to the gondola, there is a free, on-call shuttle during ski season.
Very comfortably sleeps 6; upstairs has a king size bed, in-suite bathroom and a sauna, downstairs there are two more bedrooms, one king bed that can be split into two twins, the other room has a full size bed and a twin bed. There is also a sleeper sofa. Each room has it's own bathroom.

The condo is stocked with coffee and has a french press and drip. There are herbs and spices in the small cupboard above the sink and also cooking oil. The previous owner was a general contractor and he installed all the Mexican tile, copper counter tops and cabinetry. It is very tastefully decorated. There are plenty of board games and DVD's to keep you entertained. Also, should you be traveling with small children there is a high chair, booster, pack and play and plenty of toys.

The complex offers 2 outdoor hot tubs with views of the valley. The master bathroom suite includes a sauna that is very relaxing after a hard day skiing or hiking. The free bus that runs into Steamboat Springs downtown area are just minutes away. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and entertainment on the mountain.
