This mountain home is 4500 square feet of comfort and spacious living. The house and yard contain fantastic gathering spots for large groups to spread out. With its 6 bedrooms & 5 1/2 baths and huge deck, this is the place for relaxing and experience everything living in the mountains has to offer. The comfort of this extraordinary vacation home is highlighted by the private hot tub.
The living room, which is enormous in size, contains beautiful beamed ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. Guests can relax on the Italian leather sofa, two love seats, two reclining chairs all while enjoying their favorite beverage and the 50” flat screen TV.
Chefs and food connoisseurs alike will enjoy cooking their favorite dishes in the expansive and well equipped kitchen. It is an incredible space to gather together or create any dish one can imagine. The kitchen has a stainless steel, microwave, range top, double ovens and dishwasher. It is well stocked & supplied with dish soaps, paper and plastic products, spices. Guests can also utilize small appliances such as coffee makers, toasters, blender, griddle, food processor, hand mixer, blender, slow cooker and rice cooker.
Right next to the kitchen sits the dining room. This is another extravagant space with its wet bar, large oak table and a smaller oak table. Between seating areas in the kitchen and dining room, there is enough comfortable seating for 16 people.
Alpen Retreat offers everything for any group no matter what they like to do at home. The recreation room is the perfect space for any kid or kid at heart to enjoy themselves when not on the mountain. This area comes complete with another wood burning fireplace, wet bar, refrigerator, pool table, queen sleeper sofa and another sofa. All of this can be enjoyed while watching the 50" tv complete it the Audio/Video system in this room.
The bedrooms for the property are located on the top level and the lowest level off of the recreation room. The first four bedrooms are all located on the upstairs level of the property.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed, plus single/single day beds. This room can sleep 4. It comes with an en-suite luxury bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen ed, sleeps 2 and shares a Jack & Jill bath with the next bedroom. The next bedroom has a Single over double bunk bed and Sleeps 3. It shares Jack & Jill bath with the queen bedroom. The fourth bedroom also features a queen bed and sleeps 2. Guests in this room use the hall bathroom.
Down on the lowest level, there is the recreation room. Just off of this room is the second Master Bedroom. This bedroom has a King Bed and sleeps 2. This bedroom uses the private bathroom off of the hallway. The sixth bedroom is also downstairs off of the recreation room and has a single over single bunk bed and sleeps 2. This bedroom also uses the bathroom off of the hallway as well.
