The very top floor has two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, the first one with a queen bed and the second one with 2 twins. The main level has the large and spacious Master Bedroom with King bed, in suite full bathroom with jetted tub, shower cabin and double vanity, large walk-in closet, and a flat-screen TV.

The extremely spacious kitchen and very open living and dining area, with another large flat screen TV and gas fireplace, are on this main level as well. The living area leads out to the large private deck with private hot tub and gas grill. This is the main entrance level from the 2 car garage through the ski storage room. One level down is where the extremely large second living area/media room is located. With 60-inch flat screen TV and surround sound, it is the perfect place for everyone to sit around and enjoy a movie or the game. There is also a wet bar if you decide to have the drinks flowing. This level is the home of the fourth bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds making this level perfect for the kids to hang out. There is also the laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. This home has a private hot tub, along with 2 community hot tubs!

Great location to steamboat springs resort! Big place, would be great for families with kids because of the bunk bed and twin bed rooms or friends. The private balcony and hot tub were very nice after a day on the slopes! Would definitely stay here again. The place is a bit outdated and it is a bit odd where the tv is in the main living room, definitely not meant for watching tv there. However, there is a nice tv and couch downstairs- but with a group of adults we didn’t even use this area due to it being in the basement.

Amazing home and the staff of Retreatia was excellent in handling any issues I faced upon check in or getting my lift tickets! Would recommend this home to anyone going to steamboat! The private hot tub was a HUGE plus during COVID! Thank you for being excellent host!

The place is in a great location and free shuttle service was easy to use. The only reason I gave the place 4 stars was we had issues with the electronics. (TV’s didn’t work properly)Minor issue that I’m sure will be fixed for the next renters.

Beautiful Townhouse in a Great Location This place is perfect. The townhouse is well set up, cozy, and has everything I could ask for in a mountain home. I would definitely stay here again if I head back to Steamboat. Date of arrival September 1, 2017
