Description

You will be swept away walking into Dulany at the Gondola 206! This is hands down one of the nicest units in the complex! Second-floor unit, which walks out right to the sidewalk, no stairs to climb or elevator to use. The hot tubs, gas grills and gas fire pit circle are right around the corner from your unit. With inviting warm woods, metals, and slate adding the perfect ambiance to your home away from home. The entry has hooks on the wall, shelves, a bench and a closet for everyone's gear. The hallway takes you to the main living area with an open floor plan to be part of the action even if you are cooking in the extremely well-equipped kitchen. The light granite counter tops, combined with the wood, and iron of the cabinets and the black appliances give it a lodge feel. Sitting down for dinner at the large dark wood dining table that seats 7 will be your favorite time of the day. For music lovers, there is an iPod speaker dock in the living room, as well as the flat screen TV, with DVD player. There are even plenty of games to play, for after dinner fun. The leather couch and love seat are so comfortable you may never leave them. If you must work there is a desk off to the side of the gas fireplace. Outside on the covered balcony overlooking Burgess Creek and the landscaping of the property. You can enjoy it any time of year at the table and four chairs. You can see the top of Mount Werner past the surrounding buildings.

From there the Master bedroom is right off the living area with the main balcony access as well as a private deck. The King bed has a carved wood headboard, flat screen TV, DVD player, large closet equipped with a safe, and a separate vanity sink from the toilet and glass enclosed shower, with bench. The second Master bedroom has a King bed with dark wood furniture, a flat-screen TV, DVD player, closet, separate vanity sink, toilet and bathtub shower combination. Lastly, the third bedroom has two twin beds with beautiful wood frames and furniture, flat screen TV, DVD player, and a closet. The bathroom is just in the hallway with a glass enclosed stall shower, toilet and vanity sink. The full-size stacking washer and dryer are right next to it.

Without a doubt - one of the absolutely BEST locations in Steamboat Springs. Just 25 yards from the lift. All the shops and restaurants at the base area are less than a minute walk away. The free city bus stop is right outside the complex.

Great family trip in Steamboat. Excellent Location, 5-minute walk to the lifts. Condo was super clean. The staff at Retreatia was so friendly and helpful with all of our questions and gave us great recommendations for the area. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The space was perfect for our family of 6. It was very clean and smelled great. We were an easy walk to anything on the mountain. We also never had to worry about parking.

Condo was top notch. Convenient location - short walk to the gondola and on the mountain in no time! Hot tubs, grills, fire pit, all working perfectly and we met some great people hanging out. There’s nothing like sitting in a hot tub with cocktails while it’s snowing out! We got 11” of fresh champagne powder during our stay and it was amazing! Minor issue with the door lock on the ski locker, but between Retreatia and the HOA, it was resolved in about 20 min from first phone call. That level of responsiveness and the attention to detail in everything we saw from this trip was fantastic. 10/10 will do it again!

Having 3 separate bedrooms AND 3 baths was amazing for our group trip and gave everyone ample privacy and space. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but for the price and location, you can’t beat this condo. We would definitely stay here again :)

Great location. This unit is on the ground floor so that's especially convenient. It's about a 50 yard walk to the lift area. The Wild Plum Grocery is also just across the parking lot and on the opposite street corner. There were a few light bulbs and ceiling fans which didn't work but otherwise this place is superb. Master bedroom with king size bed is great. Second bedroom has a queen (or full?). The "third bedroom" has two twin beds but I would have preferred that bedroom have had a bunk bed plus a full or other better bed situation. No one wanted to sleep on the pullout couch, but someone got the short straw. Two adults, and five tweens/teens and we were ok, with one teen on the couch. Highly recommended. Retreatia was a fine host.

Been coming to Steamboat for the past 8 years and this was our favorite condo. Have stayed in the Dulany the past 3 years but #206 was the best. The ease of being on first floor right as you come from slopes is just too convenient. No walking up stairs in ski boots, carrying luggage or groceries. Unit is clean, big and has everything you'd want. Master had it's own a/c unit. Would highly recommend this unit.

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! Location is amazing, beautifully decorated, comfortable atmosphere, kitchen is well stocked. I highly recommend and I’m sure we will be staying here again soon.
