This Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished condo boasts on 1000 sq feet, beautifully decorated it is situated just a private gondola ride away from the Steamboat base area. The open floor plan makes this condo feel spacious, yet comfy. All located on one level. The Master bedroom has a King bed and a Flat Screen TV with its private bathroom. The second bedroom will have a set of twin beds on this is the perfect place for children to relax.

The living room has a new sleeper sofa as of Jan '23 and new rugs around the entire unit to keep it fresh and new like the unit and complex is.

There is a well-equipped kitchen to cook a few meals and storage as well. Perfect for a family, this unit has all the comforts of home. large flat screen tv and great city views.

The unit is fantastic, but the amenities across the street really shine. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center, game room and an amazing Saline Pool, community grilling area with 2 large gas grills and a fire pit. In addition, there is the grotto area outside, featuring 3 hot tubs and an outdoor, saline, heated pool with plenty of seating with beautiful mountain views.

Second time at Fast Tracks, first with this property . Just a lovely place . Very relaxing . Perfect location for event at strings festival facility . We wanted more time there !!! Had everything we needed and more . Clean , comfortable.

The unit was clean and easily accessible. Great convenient location for mountain access, bike trails, pools and more. It would be nice if the wild horse gondola ran during the peak summer months but all in all this area was great! Will be back!

pretty good spot overall. furniture in living room needs a refresh though. little noisy when people above are stomping around. good location close to trailhead tram to gondola base.stayed without a car and didn't need one.

The location was great, the pool was wonderful, the neighbors are friendly and helpful. The unit is spacious, clean, and very nice. The only negative is how warm the unit is in the summer heat with no A/C. The evenings do cool off, but with no A/C or window fans the outside noise did not make for a quiet peaceful sleep. We heard a dog in another unit barking off and on often, people out on the decks talking late night, the construction sounds early morning (LOTS of construction going on right now all around the building.)

Great location, everything you need for a comfortable stay.

This was a well equipped, clean condo with a short walk to the Wildhorse Gondola. The condo had everything you need for a couple or a family. Very nice balcony and easy access. A bit noisy from those upstairs but that really is not the owner's issue. Some people are just noisier than others. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Property was roomy and clean. Secure building. The amenities were really really nice, We used the pool a couple times, It's very large and heated. Need to look on the bulletin board to see what spot you park at. Steamboat can be quite hot in the summer, bring your own fan. There's an electric grill on the patio that worked better than we expected. It's a nice place!

What a wonderful place to stay! The beds were very comfortable. Location was key as we were there for a baseball tournament. (Unfortunately due to the weather it was cancelled.) The pool and 3 hot tubs were AMAZING! Great customer service from Retreatia.The dead bolt was broken when we arrived, and they fixed it the same day! We would 100% stay there again, and would go through Retreatia for any management company.

Good location and everything we needed! The condo was very nice! It had everything we needed and was only a short walk to the gondola. The beds were very comfortable. Nice linens! Very nice bonus that they got you started with detergents, foils and kitchen what nots! The only thing I would up grade would be tv picture. Just okOverall, perfect for us!
