The top level has the master bedroom with king bed, private master bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. Outside of the bedroom is the grand and open living area, kitchen and dining area. Dramatic 25 feet vaulted ceilings add to the spacious feel of this property.

Downstairs is the second bedroom with the king bed and private bathroom. That is also where the separate laundry room is, with a full-size washer and dryer.

We had a great stay at Latigo Loop 1700! The unit was well equipped with everything we needed. There was parking for two vehicles. The beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was nice, and the main area and bedrooms were spacious. The deck was nice, and the hot tub was very soothing at night, after hiking or biking each day. The area was very nice and we enjoyed our dinners at the local restaurants (O'Neills, Ore House, Mahogany Ridge). We were able to connect to wifi using their instructions, but not the internet. We emailed them about the issue, but never heard back. In their defense, we could have called, but it wasn't that urgent of an issue for us. We would definitely rent this unit again if we were ever in the area again.

It is a wonderful and clean place to stay. Mattresses were a little too firm for me and the dryer didn’t work that well. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay would definitely book this place against

This is a great place - probably one of the best we've rented over the years. It's in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the high ceilings, the hot tub and the furnishings.

We loved this unit. When you are upstairs, it feels like you are in an amazing tree house. Trees surround the whole unit. It has two gorgeous decks and a great hot tub to enjoy the outdoors. It can get warm upstairs, but open the many windows for the cool mountain breeze at night. The unit also has fans available. The kitchen is very well equipped and a great size, as well as the living room. If you are not a fan of stairs, this may not be the unit for you. We will definitely be coming back to this unit.

We have stayed in numerous VRBO rentals and have never had a bad experience. This rental did not disappoint. I usually spend a lot of time researching my choices before I choose a rental to make sure it will fit our needs. This rental worked out well for us to ski for 3 days in Steamboat as a side trip on our drive to Aspen. The management company Retreatia was very easy to work with and professional. The rental was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Good location to hop on the free bus and get to the mountain. We would rent here or another Retreatia managed property again.

We truly can’t thank Retreatia enough for allowing us to end 2020 with a get away better than we could have ever imagined. The cabin was beautiful and held every house hold item one (or several) could ever need. As general over-packers we appreciated every thought out detail this home entailed and will absolutely be back.

Everything about the property and the stay was wonderful. Interaction with any staff at the management company was positive. The property was charming, clean and located within a block of the public transportation. All details were thought of; fun games, an interesting coffee table book to read and any supply you would expect were on hand. The supplies in the kitchen were second to none. Everything needed to prepare a complicated meal was in a drawer or cabinet and well organized, functional and or sharp.

The property was in a great location, the management team was great. The house was a little more run down then I thought from the pictures. Also it says that they have a couch bed, which they do. But if you want to sleep comfortably then I would bring an air mattress. That couch bed is the worst thing ever. But besides that it was a great stay. I will be back, just next time with an air mattress. lol

We loved unit 1700 Latigo Loop! Everything worked well including the private outdoor hot tub. Very convenient to the slopes and downtown. The Retreatia staff were very helpful after I fell on the slopes. They had their shuttle pick me up at the ski patrol station, take me back to our unit and let me in. Thank you for everything. We'll be back!

Family reunion I haven't seen my sister over 5years, so we decided to meet in Steamboat with the youngest kids.So it was 4 of us and my dog. Awesome experience! Nature escape We were so tired working so we decided to pay a visit to Steamboat and recharge our battries. It worked. The children thought that this was the best place to do it.They made new friends and felt the freedom around.The agency was very helpful with the information about the activities available as well as making the reservation for us with some of the local restaurants.Thank you everyone. We adored this rental It had everything.The hot tub was a great treat.We felt spoiled. Our dog was jumping around with excitement and running everywhere. Our dog loved it Our dog is very sensitive when it comes to vacation and does not like to stay away from home,but this house he adored and we were over the moon.The comfort was excellent. Very comfortable pet friendly rental. Our family had awesome vacation this year. The evenings were so much fun, sharing stories and experience different type of food.
