Welcome to the best location Steamboat Springs has to offer. Situated just off Right-O-Way, it is a ski in/ walk out unit (20 yards walk). You ski into the back door of the building, where the ski lockers are. Ski in for a quick lunch and then hit the slopes again‚ the powder probably has piled another 4 inches during that time so you can ski in fresh powder all over again. Afterward, your muscles will thank you for a dip in the hot tub to let them unwind after a great day at Steamboat!

Being on the top floor, the condo commands expansive views of the ski area and the valley below. The unit boasts 1,350 square feet on 2 levels. As you enter the unit you will be greeted by a visual treat; stunning stained glass windows cast a warm glow over the home, complimenting the classic Steamboat décor. The fully remodeled kitchen will cater to the whims and wants of even a personal chef, with all the space and the high-end stainless steel appliances. Right in front of it, sits the living room and dining area with large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and dramatic vaulted ceilings. Plush carpets relax tired feet as you gather around the large counter opening to a cozy gathering area in front of the fireplace which provides ample seating options close enough to converse or watch the big game on the huge flat screen.

Separated by a country style dining area, there is another sitting area in front of the master bedroom. This is where the sleeper sofa is located, and it is the perfect area in front of the huge windows for a nice chat or a good book. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with granite counter tops. The fun spiral staircase will take you upstairs, where the other 2 bedrooms are located. The first one has a queen bed and the second has 2 twin beds plus a set of bunk beds (total of 4 twin beds), sharing a bathroom.

If you feel like grilling some steaks‚ you can do this on the outside grills, while your friends and family are helping you out or just playing on the huge yard of green green grass in the summer. If you feel like eating out, grab your jacket for a short 4 minutes walk to Ski Time Square and Gondola Square, the heart of the Steamboat Ski Area, where numerous restaurants are located. Great location for a ski in/ski out vacation. The "walk out" is about 20 yards, which is similar to all the other condos along the run. Property was clean and as advertised. If you're flying into Steamboat and taking the shuttle from the airport, do note that you need to check in/out at the rental company's office, not the condo itself. Staff was helpful in arranging lift tickets. Overall, great place for a group of friends or a family!

Highly recommended.

This condo was a great hub for our ski trip with 4 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen had most of what we needed, the ski lockers were helpful to keep gear out of the way and it was nice to have a W/D in the unit. We found out when we got there that we could only park 1 car there and had to shuttle the other car 10 mins away. I would have appreciated knowing that before booking but Retreatia said it was a new policy as of that day. The location was easy for skiing in, and fun to watch the night skiers and hot air balloons out the window. The kids had a ton of fun on the stairs, but had they been any younger, the stairs would have been an issue.

Ski in/out very close the Christie's base. Loved the ski in/out, mudd room at the entrance of the townhouse plus a locker room on the first floor of the bldg. elevator in the bldg. (very important, our friends 2 blgs down did not have one) plus washer and dryer in unit. Comfortable townhouse. Kitchen well equipped. Dishwasher did not work at the time, but didn't mind bc didn't cook very much. There was an issue with gnats in sliding door and all windows, called retreatia and the same day they came to clean up! Nice balcony to sit and see ppl skiing/snowboarding and ppl on the coaster.Overall this unit had great views of the slopes and comfortable in every aspect! our family had a great time and definitely would recommend this unit.

roomy, comfy slopeside condo! Two families totaling 9 fit comfortably in the condo. We enjoyed the views, the hot tub, and the comfortable living space. We would recommend!
