We currently have contact-less check in. Therefore to retrieve your check-in packet, please still go to 1585 Mid Valley Drive, Unit 12A in Steamboat Springs, CO 80487 to check in. Upon arriving, please look for LOCKBOX #1 or #2 located to the right of the front door to get your check-in packet packet. Use lockbox code 1987B and please look for your packet by the last name on the reservation. If you do not find your packet in LOCKBOX #1, please check LOCKBOX #2 with the same code. The check-in packet will include keys, a parking pass, as well as other information regarding your stay. For more information or questions, please call our front desk at 970.871.6253.
If you are staying at the Lodge, La Casa, Ski Inn, Torian Plum, Canyon Creek or Timber Run, please read different check-in instructions below:
**PLEASE NOTE: If you are staying at any of the Lodge units, or La Casa units - please check in at the Lodge at Steamboat front desk located at 2700 Village Dr, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487 to pick up your keys and information about your property. If you are staying at any Ski Inn units - please check in at the Ski Inn front desk located at 2350 Ski Trail Ln, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. If you are staying at any of the Torian Plum units - please check in at the Torian Plum front desk located at 1855 Ski Time Square Dr, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. If you are staying at Canyon Creek - please check in at the Canyon Creek front desk located at 2740 Eagle Ridge Dr, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. If you are staying at Timber Run - please check in at 2015 Walton Creek Rd, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487.
All other units, please check in at the Retreatia office as mentioned above.
Late Arrival Instructions:
This does not apply for parties during contact-less check in. For parties arriving after office hours, please check the Late Arrivals lock box next to our front door for an arrival packet. To unlock, press in your late arrival code. You will then be able to find a packet with your name on it that will include a key, written instructions and a map to your accommodations. We suggest that arrangements for late arrivals be made PRIOR to arrival by calling us at 970.871.6253.

Flying into Steamboat?
If you are arriving into the Yampa Valley Airport outside of Steamboat, please email us at email@example.com with your Retreatia reservation/folio number, your flight number, and estimated arrival time. This allows us to ensure we can track your arrival.
If opted in, the Damage Waiver covers up to $750 of accidental damages. Any accidental damage to be covered by this waiver must be reported prior to departure. The damage waiver does not cover any excessive cleaning. Even if the damage waiver is purchased, a credit card will be kept on file for the duration of your stay to cover any excessive cleaning, lost keys or damages not covered by the waiver. In lieu of the damage waiver, a credit/debit card authorization will be processed at the time of check-in for the amount of $100 per bedroom. This authorization may take up to two weeks for your bank to release the funds. The credit card authorization or damage waiver does not limit signor’s liability and he/she accepts responsibility for any charges in excess of the authorization or damage waiver. Neither Retreatia Exclusive Steamboat nor the unit owner is responsible for any injury, damages, inconvenience or loss of personal property that results from your use of the facilities or any area activities.
If you cancel your reservation MORE than 30 days prior to your expected arrival date, the reservation is refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. The total amount of your payment will be retained if you cancel WITHIN 30 days of your arrival. If you booked on VRBO, please note cancellation policies is if you cancel your reservation MORE than 60 days prior to arrival, you receive a full refund. If you cancel WITHIN 60 days of your arrival, no refund. If you booked on Airbnb, please refer to your Airbnb confirmation emails regarding cancellation policies. No refunds for no shows, late arrivals, or early departures, regardless of road and/or weather conditions, or for acts that are beyond our control.
