Great spot. Cozy and easily walkable to the lifts. Hot tub was very nice and always warm. A little older unit but well maintained.
Garage was very nice to have! We really enjoyed our stay.

The condo was nicely furnished, clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen. Healthy supply of towels as well. The setting with the view of the mountain through the sliding doors was very pleasant and the building was quiet. Garage parking in the building also a major plus.

Perfect location for our trip. Walk to the Steamboat base area and Winter Wondergrass Festival. There are a few nice shops and restaurants in the area, too.
The place is as described and the pictures are accurate. Comfortable and homey for a family (we had five and used the sofa bed).

Beautiful, easy-access, full amenity condo. Walkable to the mountain, and also with easy shuttle service from the front door of the office. Heated underground parking, elevator. Staff was super nice and very accommodating for a couple special requests. Not the cheapest, but worth it!

Close to all things Steamboat. Walking distance to several breweries and restaurants, but they are not in view. Overall, a great value given many other alternatives.

I look for a condo close to the ski slope. This is not ski in-ski out, but was for us an easy 6 minute walk to the base area. There is a new large, beautiful boot locker space at the base ($20/day for two boots/shoes in 2024) that we took advantage of for an easier walk. There is a Christy's just a couple minutes walk and a little grocery store if you don't wan't to drive into town for the Safeway. There is a shuttle one can take to the hill. Great hot tub. The two bedroom condo was very comfortable. The beds were very good. Everything worked. Both a coffee maker with a supply of filters and a Keurig with a supply of K-cups. A little odd there were no wine glasses but that's an easy work-around. I would stay here again. Both the facility and location are very good.

Perfect location for skiing at Steamboat. Easy walk to ski rental and ski mountain. Parking garage and gym were terrific bonuses. Condo was very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Outstanding rental experience.

The condo was in a great location, close to base restaurants and bars. We were also able to catch the bus easily to get downtown. We loved having the pool and hot tub accessible and the condo balcony was really spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal, missing only some essentials (seasoning). I would recommend this location for a great stay in steamboat.

This condo is in a great location in Steamboat. You can walk to the lifts/slopes and there is a small gourmet grocery store next-door. It is within walking distance of many restaurants as well.
The interior of the condo was very clean and looked to be recently updated. The kitchen was well stocked. There were also books and games. The beds were very comfortable. There was a fireplace that kept the place cozy. Boot dryers were available in the entryway of the condo. There was a great mountain view from the balcony. There was a heated garage, and one space was available for the unit. The overall complex was quiet and well-maintained.
The young lady at the front desk for check-in was friendly and professional. We had a small plumbing issue while we were there and maintenance was called promptly and addressed the problem.
I can’t say enough good things about this condo; everything was so well done, I don’t have any suggestions for improvements or additions to the property. I would return to this condo without hesitation.

Great 2 bedroom condo. Excellent location with great views. My kids wanted a hot tub and I wanted a view - win win! It was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Kitchen with a coffee maker AND coffee included was a nice bonus. The King bed was super comfortable and the rooms were nice and dark - perfect for sleeping in. It was also super quiet! Just a 10 minute walk around the area and we ran into a bull moose too! Would definitely rent from again.

This condo was amazing. We enjoyed our time there. Kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms were very clean. Shower had good pressure. The patio had a grill to cook out on. The living area turned into another sleeping area with a comfortable pullout bed. The little extra touches made it feel like home. I would stay here again. Hot tub and pool were one of my favorite features too.

Great condo, spacious, gorgeous, CLEAN, well-located. The beds were comfortable (even the sofa bed). Nice views from the balcony and we enjoyed grilling on their private propane grill. Check in and out was smooth. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at this condo. Check in/out was easy and it was located within a short walk to the base of the mountain - The Land Up area. It was a nicely furnished and seemed like it was recently updated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals and the appliances were nice and new. The balcony was large and had a table for four and a nice grill with a view of the mountains. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. There were even some games, folding chairs and fans provided. We would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again. The pool and hot tub were also nicely maintained and the condo grounds were well landscaped.

Nice, clean, safe property. My only complaint, and it is only because of COVID precautions, is the process for scheduling the pool. We could only sign up 24 hours ahead of a time slot between 10am and 5pm. So if you wanted to swim tomorrow at 2, you had to try to sign up at 2 today and hope you got signed up before everyone else trying at that exact time. Needless to say, we were there for 4 nights and were only able to take the kids swimming once. Otherwise, the place was great and we would definitely stay again!
