Great rental. Enjoyed the pool, good communication although sometimes a bit delayed. Biggest issue was the lack of Air Conditioning which was noted on the listing. It just got really pretty hot in the rental though, especially during the day. They did provide some fans but it never got the temperature in the unit to what I would consider a comfortable level. I don't think there's much else they could do though other than install central cooling. Otherwise it was a good rental for our two families to enjoy some time together.

Our family booked this condo for multiple generations to stay. We were in town for a soccer tournament. It was minutes from the fields and also within walking distance to gondola square. The elevator and all bedrooms being on one floor made it ideal for my grandmother, and the kids loved having their own beds. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and comfortable 4-bedroom unit was great for skiing. Indoor parking and ski lockers were very covenient. Shuttle service to the lifts every 10 minutes, or a 600 yard walk. Communal hot tub and heated pool were great after a day of skiing and the gym was convevient for those that had the energy. We would definitely return.

All was as advertised. The ski locker was packed with plastic sleds, so we put them on the patio to make room for our skis. Also, despite what I was told, the unit has 3 hairdryers, so no need to bring one.

We have been coming to steamboat as a large group for several years now and this is by far the nicest and closest location we’ve stayed. There was no need to take the bus to the base of the mountain to ski; however, there is that option. Would definitely recommend!

This place is perfect if you are looking to stay near the mountains for skiing in Steamboat. It’s about a 5-10 min walk to the main gondola. There are Vacasa shuttles that can take you to town. The place itself is spacious. We had 7 people stay there and had lots of room. The place includes 1 parking spot in the garage, however if you talk to Vacasa they will give you extra parking passes. The cooking pans could be upgraded, it was a little challenging cooking meals with small pans. The coffee machine is also pretty small so be prepared to make multiple pots if you have a group. The hot tub is amazing. Overall great place!

We enjoyed our stay here - the property ticked all the boxes. Nice updated condo, pool/hot tub, frequent shuttle service to base, garage parking, ski locker, deck with a view of the mountain. Would definitely come back.

Great location, loved that we could hop on a free shuttle with our skis to get to the main Steamboat ski resort and back. Really friendly staff at check in, heated driveway and was nice to be able to park indoors after whenever we did drive out to town (it snowed every day we were there). Spacious kitchen and common areas was great for our group of 5. Pro tip - pull the gold part of the bathtub faucet spout down to start the shower. We all struggled for a few minutes to figure that out 😅 Would definitely come back!

Great location, a couple blocks (5 Minutes) away from Steam Boat Mountain and Wild Plum (Grocery Store + Liquor Store)
There is also a great jacuzzi, pool within the area.
This is a family condo area and quiet hours are 8 AM - 10 PM which they are strict. Wall are thin between all walls as well so make sure to keep that in mind!

We were very pleased with the condo. It was very spacious! We also truly appreciated the parking garage, it snowed while we were there and it was nice to be in covered parking. We would seriously consider staying here again if we come back to steamboat for vacation.

We really loved this condo. We have a family of 7 adults plus a toddler and this was perfect. They are doing a great job of managing around COVID-19 and making sure everything was safe.

We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Its a quick walk to the gondola and an easy bus ride to town. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to cook and it had plenty of room in the 4 bedrooms for our 8 person group.

This was our 15th annual men's retreat, but our first time staying here. It was a convenient location, very comfortable, and nicely updated. Although we didn't stay very long, or cook any meals at the unit, it was clean and well kept, easy to get to, and very comfortable.

We had an amazing time and really enjoyed our home away from home. I highly recommend time in Steamboat Springs and just as important, using Retreatia- Canyon Creek. The condo was perfect for our family. We each had our own room and bathroom and were able to prepare meals and do laundry while there. The access to everything going on around us was perfect! The description regarding Canyon Creek were more than accurate. They even checked in with us while we were there (email). We enjoyed the opportunity to go into town and shop; ride the gondola to the top of the mountain; go to the river and play; go to Fish Creek Falls; and to do all of the things we were able to do while there. Again, I highly recommend Canyon Creek and time in Steamboat Springs.
