The condo had everything we needed for 2 couples to share. We liked the hot tub after skiing. The kitchen is well appointed. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the slopes. All in all, a great place to stay.

I rented a few nights with my spouse and daughters. Pictures looked amazing so we couldn't wait to see in person and once we arrived we were so much more impressed. Property was spotless, very clean. It was stocked with great quality items from the bedding to the cookware. The cherry on top was the awesome family games we came across. We brought our own but were suprised we had even more options for stay. Would absolutely recommend to each and everyone I know.

We stayed here for a family getaway for the weekend and this property was perfect for us. It was very clean upon arrival and it had all the features that were important to us. We really enjoyed the hot tub and we used the grill on two of the nights. At many other properties, the grill is very dirty. Not this one. This property is part of a nice and quiet community and that is something we really appreciated. If I am every planning a trip back to Steamboat Springs we will definitely see if this is available.

So much larger and better than the photos show. Two huge wrap around decks with a private hot tub and two bedrooms and bathrooms on different floors, perfect for two couples or people who want somewhat of their own space. We loved the fireplace and how it was both in the master suite and in the living room. However, check in was extremely difficult, Retreatia sends a copy and pasted informational text, that is just confusing. No where in the text or email was it listed *WHERE* to pick up the key, we figured out where to pick it up by another Steamboat office person who helped us & filled us in on Retreatia doing this to multiple other guests. Finally, we picked the key up at the Retreatia office in downtown Steamboat. Please make the check in process more straight forward!!

My daughter attends CSU and we picked her up and thought we would try Steamboat, we have skied just about all the other locations in Colorado but had never tried Steamboat. The condo location is about a block from the bus pick up which was a little miss leading, we were informed it was right in front of the unit (its about a 10 minute walk in ski boots). When we arrived at he condo it took us 30 minutes to get into the unit, the keys just spin in the locks. I called the office and they responded right away, however they never solved the problem with the lock. We used the garage door code to lock the unit up when we were gone. The beds and bedding were awesome, we VRBO a lot and the beds were the best ever. The hot tub is on the second-floor deck and is a perfect size for the unit, works well. My wife is a clen freak and she wanted me to mention how dirty the ceiling fan in the living room was during our stay. Overall we really enjoyed Steamboat and the codo was very nice for the 3 of us. Highly recommended!

The aspens were at their peak and after a day of hiking it was so nice to come back to the condo and relax on the huge deck and enjoy the hot tub. The unit was very clean and with a well-stocked kitchen. And the huge deck was so nice to sit and enjoy the surrounding area.

Very nice place exactly as described, only flaw for us was no A/C. It was 75-85 during the day, as soon as we arrived we got fans going and it was comfortable after a few hours. Condo is very nice, close to resort and down town. Awesome deck with a patio set, and the hot tub was awesome! Host replied very fast to questions and made the check in/out process very easy. This was our first time visiting Steamboat Springs for a couples ski trip! We felt the listing photos didn’t do this rental justice! The unit was spacious, clean, perfect amenities (even the bedding was really nice)!! We rented a car so didn’t use the shuttle to the ski mountain but we saw lots of other guests using it and it was very convenient!! After a long day of skiing it was nice to relax in the hot tub then sit by the fireplace. We would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay in this unit again!

We have stayed in numerous VRBO rentals and have never had a bad experience. This rental did not disappoint. I usually spend a lot of time researching my choices before I choose a rental to make sure it will fit our needs. This rental worked out well for us to ski for 3 days in Steamboat as a side trip on our drive to Aspen. The management company Retreatia was very easy to work with and professional. The rental was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Good location to hop on the free bus and get to the mountain. We would rent here or another Retreatia managed property again.

Everything about the property and the stay was wonderful. Interaction with any staff at the management company was positive. The property was charming, clean and located within a block of the public transportation. All details were thought of; fun games, an interesting coffee table book to read and any supply you would expect were on hand. The supplies in the kitchen were second to none. Everything needed to prepare a complicated meal was in a drawer or cabinet and well organized, functional and or sharp.

The condo was great. All the amenities were there. There was plenty of room for 4 adults. We actually spent most of our time doing things and eating out so didn't use the amenities that were there but certainly everything we needed was available. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was right outside the master bedroom on a wrap around balcony. Kitchen was fully equipped. The weather was hot so during the day the unit got warm as there is no A/C but sleeping wasn't a problem because the temperature dropped in the evenings. Access to town was convenient as a free shuttle pick up was just down the street. The unit would have issues for people with disabilities/handicapped because there is no way around the steps. But overall, we loved the place and would re-rent given the opportunity to return to Steamboat.

The hot tub is private and my pups liked hanging on the enclosed deck while I relaxed in the tub.
