The location is great and the views are amazing, however, the property management company is a bit disorganized. I called 2 days ahead of my reservation and asked to add another night (the night prior to my initial reservation). They added the night following my reservation, so we had to stay in a hotel the night we arrived in Steamboat. Also, there is only one parking spot and it is underground - so I had to take my Thule box off the top of my truck, which was a hassle. In addition, the kitchen is pretty bare - full utensils but no supplies - not even salt and pepper.

Great Condo

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was perfect. The condo felt even larger than it looks in pictures. The free shuttle to the mountain/downtown was extremely helpful and handy. It was also a short walk to the mountain in case anyone didn't want to wait for the shuttle. There really, truly is only one parking spot, though, so make sure to take that into consideration.

Great place with fantastic view, the Mountain View on the balcony is breathtaking and unbeatable. The entire lodge is clean and comfy, with a killer main bedroom upstairs. Heating system don’t make you feel air is too dry, we had some good night sleep. 5 minutes drive to ski resort parking, 5 minutes to Safeway, and 10 minutes to Main Street, very convenient. My only complaint would be we have to pick up and return the key to their office which we have to drive to a different location.
