We stayed for 2 nights. The unit is small, but ok for two people. Positive side- the unit was clean; linens were clean; the mattress a the pillows were convenient. Negative: the bedroom is on the loft, and it was extremely hot there. There is no A/C. The ceiling fan can be used on a low speed only; it starts vibrating and making noice, if you increase the speed. Bedroom window faces the pool, and the pool should be working until 10 pm, and there are signs everywhere that quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8.30 am. In reality, there were people in the pool until after 11 pm, screaming, splashing, running around, etc., noisy, annoying.Most likely, people won’t have those issues in winter time.

Great place. You do need to add a few things. Cleaner shower with an extension to make shower head higher - my husband is 6’3” A sharp knife in the kitchen. Some throw blankets for the living area. Key for skis in the locker. I’m just telling you this as we own a rental property in a resort town as well. It really was a nice stay. 4 would be right 😊 Thank you for you time.

Good standard ski condo. Not as updated as the description would have you believe - appliances from the 90s maybe earlier. Can’t walk that easily to slopes (15 min uphill walk) but the bus stops right outside.

Perfect location for staying at steamboat. The purple shuttle was never too crowded even if it did run on a schedule of its own. The WiFi didn’t work in our spot and in modern day, sorta silly we had to go to an office to check in vs having instructions sent directly to us but it was a perfect stay otherwise

The check in for us was really easy. We were within office hours and had a rental car so just stopped at the office before heading over to the condo. The condo itself is in a good location with a bus stop right up some steps so getting to the mountain base was easy. We did make the walk home once which took about 10 minutes with snowboard gear. The hot tub and pool are quite nice after a long day at the mountain. Negatives would be that the inside looks a little less bright and new than in the photos. The couch cushions are constantly sliding off and required fixing. There was no salt or other spices in the kitchen so we had to purchase that for cooking. The toaster also started smoking within 30 seconds of plugging in (the actual toaster not the toast) so we didn’t use that. Finally the fire place is very dim and more just a heat source than a source of ambiance if that’s what you’re going for. Overall if this was slightly cheaper I would be 100% in again but not for this price.

Had a great time at the location. Could not make first day of check-in due to weather and road closures, but they were very accommodating and pushed our reservation a day. The studio was very clean, very warm, and had all of the amenities promised in the reservation. The staff were very kind and very thorough in all of the procedures for the reservation.

The condo wasn’t what I originally booked but it was a great replacement (electric issues in booked unit). We stayed in 2428. The condo directions to the rooms are a bit confusing but we found our room and it accommodate two adults perfectly. The property is well kept, family friendly and close to downtown! No AC, so it was hot but not uncomfortable.

This is a really cute little place. It has everything we needed for our stay, and I would definitely use it again. Since it’s a winter destination, usually, there is no AC, but there are fans in the closet that we strategically placed at windows to help cool it down, which worked fine. It’s close enough to downtown Steamboat for convenience, but far enough to get away from crowds. Lots of shopping nearby, including groceries, restaurants, etc. Really loved our stay.

We loved this place! It was the perfect location for a nice get away weekend. It was very cute, clean, and very quite. The pool and hot tubs were cleaned to perfection, and there isn't a bad thing to say about this place. The AC is set in the summer, so it did get a little warm during the day, but they had fans in the closet and they made it very comfortable. We will be back! Thank you again for such a great trip experience! Also if you find the guest book please look through and read all about other guest set trips! So cool!

The unit was was very cozy and we were happy that the hot tub and pool amenities were open and very clean. The kitchen was surprisingly really well equipped with basic spices and a much better selection of cooking equipment than most rentals which was a huge bonus and made cooking a breeze. Be aware that the stairs from the loft are a little tight, but that wasn’t a surprise and the loft style bedroom was comfortable. A very efficient and comfortable place to stay in Steamboat with easy access to the ski lifts via the regular bus service outside of the complex. Would stay again and recommend to others.

My friend and I didn’t want to leave this place. The unit and its accompanying views were really beautiful as was the hot tub/patio area. It was really nice having parking and the patio area being so close to where we stayed too. It was clean and had all the basics to keep us entertained in COVID times. This was great for our quick fall stay in Steamboat! It was just a 5 min drive to downtown Steamboat. The couch and the bed were not the most comfortable, but as long as you're not planning on staying most of your time in the condo it shouldn't be an issue. The kitchen had everything we needed and the place was very clean. Just to know you have to check in at their office before going to the condo and drop off the fob afterwards, it was very quick and they even called to say it was ready early so we could check in earlier than planned.

Perfect size for my husband and myself. Clean, great location, and nice amenities. I've read that some thought it was dark but it's a loft space so it's hard to get lighting to the top. We thought it was fine. I would say if you have difficulty walking this is not for you as spiral is rather steep and narrow. We were happy and check in was a breeze!

We had a wonderful stay at 2337! The bus and shuttle options got us everywhere we wanted to go which was awesome. The condo itself is small but perfect for 2 people or maybe a couple with a small child, but realistically it is pretty small for 4 adults. The condo came with all the basic kitchen needs, it was very clean, and I would definitely stay here again! The only other thing to note is that you may want to consider a different option if you’re super tall. The shower head is pretty low and making your way up to the loft might be a little tough if you were really tall. We are 5’6 and 5’10 and we did ok 😊

One of the best times I have ever had in steamboat was staying here. Four of us stayed here. The pull out couch is a temperpedic bed which I couldn't believe ! I slept in the King bed upstairs and it was gorgeous and I couldn't ask for anything more after a day of skiing. Kitchen is small but no problem. I guess I am used to my fairly large kitchen at home : ) I am just being picky. The location of this place is wonderful. The bus is outside of your door pretty much. Take you to downtown or the Gondola. You can also walk to the gondola too if you wanted. The pool and hot tub are right there too so you don't have to walk in the cold. The view from the balcony is stunning. Love it ! Perfect price and location and I can't wait to come back !

great interior decorating, loved the high country theme, quality in everything from appliances, cookwear, etc. Place is very warm and quiet. Really appreciated the warm outdoor pool and hot tubs being open during spring break. We snowshoed, snowmobiled and went horseback riding. So much to do in Steamboat!
