Hot tubs were a good temperature and very clean. Very nice kitchen although we didn't use it much. Good location close to ski area and downtown Steamboat. There are stairs to get to the unit and there are no grab bars in the shower so older people like us need to be careful.

We skied Steamboat Springs in December with our two college-aged boys and had a blast. There is a ski closet, but we recommend you use the rental process at the base of the mountains. Walking was faster for us than waiting for the bus. We skied one night and had to walk back with our skis and boots, and never want to do that again! We missed the last bus.The condo is one-bedroom, but we were happy to find a sleeping mat and plenty of bedding for one of our boys in the main bedroom closet. The other slept on the pull-out and said it was comfortable.We enjoyed the fireplace in the living room as we watched college football bowl games. It was cozy, but comfortable. We brought a crockpot and frozen meals as we wanted to just relax after a full day of skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed to make it the perfect vacation.The washer and dryer were not working for our stay, but we had brought enough clothes, so it wasn't a big deal. The walk to the hot tub was farther than I thought it would be, but there are multiple, so plenty of room for all!Overall, we had a great time and would absolutely come back!

Exactly as pictured. Easy to walk to the mountain base, even with ski equipment. The free shuttle was everything! We were able to go downtown a few nights with no trouble. We were able to use the shared hot tubs and had everything we needed in the unit. You can certainly hear the people above you walking around but would definitely recommend.

Great place if you're looking to ski at Steamboat. Right on the public Steamboat shuttle but Retreatia even has their own shuttle system making it super easy to get to the mountain. A bit too far to walk.

Came to visit our daughter in early July. She has lived here for the past 4 years. My first time and my wife’s second. Beautiful escape. Property is in a perfect location close enough to town and all the restaurants and far enough away to enjoy nature, the beautiful scenery and just get quiet and relax. Will be back!

The property was clean and pretty well kept. Check-in was the only bump in the road… I clicked on the map to go to the property and looked for the office for check-in only to find a locked clubhouse. I reached out to the host/property manager who was very responsive but she told me I had to drive to the office in town. Minor inconvenience and turned out just fine but wish the map would’ve taken me to where I needed to check in. Otherwise the property was great.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, it is in a great location with only a 10 minute walk to the gondola. The condo was clean and everything worked well. One suggestion, bring your own pillows if you stay here.

The entire set up of the property was sooooo nice, inviting, warm, cozy, super clean, well sticked with everything as far as amenities, appliances (including a Keurig!), supplies, two rooms and bathrooms!! Plenty of sleeping spaces and linen. Big kudos to all the little touches that made our stay amazing! It was perfectly decorated, not busy or stuffy or overwhelming. We really enjoyed walking in and the property smelled like Christmas! It was a nice touch and all the more inviting! There were also heavy duty plastic shoe mats perfectly placed by the entrance for dropping off wet icy snowboots and not getting the floor all wet. The storage closet was also great to have close by and plenty of space in there. My two kids and I really loved this gem! We did have a small hot water concern upon arrival but it was addressed immediately and everything went swimmingly! Thanks so much! Highly recommend this property and hope to get back soon and stay longer!!

Enjoyed our stay here. It was the first time we had to go to a second location to get our check in details/keys. It wasn’t too far away, just a bit annoying. Condo was clean and very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. My only gripe was the Friday night that we were there. There isn’t any air conditioning so we needed to sleep with the bedroom window open. Wednesday and Thursday nights were fine. Friday night came and even though it’s supposed to be ‘quiet’ in the complex after 10 pm, there were people out on their balconies talking and partying until 2 am. Not the owners fault I know, but it may be something others want to take in to consideration if booking on a summer weekend.

The location was great. The place was very clean and homey. I appreciated the constant communication of instructions for check in and check out. I came in late after hours and I missed the email with the check-in info. When I called them but left no message, they still made a point to contact me to ensure I know the code to access my keys. That’s is great customer service!!

The condo was very clean and cozy, with a nice mountain view. It is about a half mile walk from the lifts, mostly uphill. The Retreatia shuttle service was a nice perk, making it much easier to get to and from downtown Steamboat Springs, which is a couple of miles away.

Overall, exactly as advertised, near the slopes about 10min (uphill). Close to the village, but need to get Uber or rental to really enjoy village, especially after a hard day on the slopes. The place was spotless. Everything worked, loved the gas fireplace 😊

My husband and I booked this condo for the weekend, hoping it would be a decent space. It was far better than we expected! It’s updated and modern; packed with all the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry extras you can imagine, and relaxing and quiet. There’s even a weighted comforter on the bed! We were cozy, had tons of space, and didn’t want to leave! We plan to return to this unit in the future: the convenience and price (especially compared with a hotel room) cannot be beat!

Lovely updated condo with absolutely everything you need. Good beds and great amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. We have rented many places in the US and this was the best supplied condo ever. Sadly missed the cozy fireplace as it is not turned on until November but everything was too of the Rockies.

This condo is well cared-for and highly recommended. The cleanliness was excellent, it was plenty large for our family of 4 and is decorated in a modern mountain way, perfect for Steamboat. There are not many restaurants within a short walking distance but it is a close drive (or bike ride) to downtown or the ski hill. The after-hours check-in process was easy and we had a wonderful time.

Absolutely great remodel of this condo. The inside looks amazing. Everything we needed was there. Great place to come back and relax in after working during the day. Check in/out process was a little different, having to stop in at an office. Wish they’d have had a keypad on the front door. Only other very minor issue was the screen door for the balcony was a bit wonky. It came off the track when opening and was a pain to get back on. Didn’t open the screen door again. But as I said, that is a very minor issue. Overall this place is great.
