Great stay in a nice condo space. The stairs were right outside our unit so one time people were really gallumphing up the stairs and that was a little loud but no big deal. Also not a problem but was sort of a surprise, a lot of the outlets are on switches so that took a minute to figure out. Parking was good and easy and the location was good

A fabulous location - we stayed in August and loved how close it was both to the mountain village as well as Steamboat Springs the town. The pool and hot tub were lovely on the property. The condo was well stocked for cooking - a touch dated but absolutely comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay, perfect for two of us and the free shuttle steps away was super convenient for getting to the hill (can walk but 10 min in ski boots was a no for us).
Wifi was at times a bit spotty/dropped out so would likely not recommend if relying on it consistently for work or other activities. Never bothered us too much.

Perfect location. The free shuttle to the ski resort is very convenient and reliable. The shared outdoor hot tub was a huge add-on, though it’s a bit far from the unit. Would recommend to my friends and return if we go to steamboat again!

This place was a great location for a ski vacation in Steamboat. Close to the resort with either two free parking lots nearby or the bus stop is right outside (though we missed this until the last day we were there). A short drive into town so location was just what we were looking for. Appropriately stocked with bathroom and kitchen basics and plenty of extra blankets and pillows for the bedroom. The neighbors were a bit loud but hard to control who is staying above you in a multi-story unit - we happened to have heavy walkers during the weekend we were there. Would stay again.

The location was on point with being close to the ski hill. The Rockies where we stayed were clean and nice and came with all things we needed. The couch pulls out into a queen size which was nice for the other couple staying with us. I will say the pull out couch isn’t comfortable itself because there is a bar you can feel right under you but we moved it to the floor and folded the couch back in and it was totally fine. The people above us got loud for a few hours so we did hear that but we reported it not sure if anything happened. I will say I am overall impressed with the Rockies condominiums, good communication, cleanliness was spot on, they also had the pool and hot tub available to use as well which was nice.

This was the perfect place for the 3 of us. Check in was super easy, the condo was clean with all the promised amenities. From every kitchen utensil needed and plenty of extra towels to humidifiers and a closet of games, everything was available. The bed was super comfortable and the pull out couch was great for my 19 year old. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tubs after a long day of skiing the slopes and having laughs in front of the fireplace. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Thank you!

Hat's off to the owners of this condo. My wife, 20 year-old son, and myself found this gem by sheer luck as rooms near the slopes were either non-existent or exorbitantly priced. Needless to say this spot did not disappoint. The place is tastefully furnished and completely equipped. Plenty of room for the 3 of us. The king size bed is huge and very comfortable and the pull out (I was told) was cozy as well. The brand new shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The views from the 2nd story balcony were beautiful. The biggest surprise, however was how close you actually were to the mountain. We were able to walk to the gondola in about 5 minutes carrying skis and wearing ski boots. If walking in skis boots isn't your thing, the bus stop is literally 10 paces out your door. My girlfriend and I had a blast staying in this condo for the weekend. Very close to the ski base area and the bus was quite convenient. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities and the fireplace was real cozy. We slept like royalty on the giant king bed and took a dip in the hot tub after skiing. The view from the balcony at dusk was breath-taking! The owners of this condo definitely care about the comfort of their guests, would stay here again!
