Great stay in Steamboat for our family. Unit was pretty much as described. Definitely a bit dated and showed signs of heavy use but nothing out of the ordinary for an older rental unit at a ski area. Easy check-in and check-out, easy to communicate with, no real issues. Thanks!

Great condo, great location! A little out dated but super comfy & cozy. Kitchen could use more basic pantry items (we ran out of salt 😞) but otherwise great for cooking meals. Would stay again!

This was our second stay here. Ski Inn offers a great location for ski in/out. Older building but everything one could need for a stay. Hot tub is relaxing after a day of skiing.

Clean but dated condo

Nice family condo. Somewhat dated, but clean. The property is managed by Vacasa, which was a little weird. We couldn’t get towels at the front desk after using the hot tub. Otherwise, would stay there again.

Very homey

The internet was not available, but otherwise it was just what we needed. While we ate out one night, each other was eat at home and every utensil we needed was available. It was obvious the owners use it as home base, as did we. Thank the owners for us, please.

Nice place

Good location. Shuttle to get to the mountain was great. Only complaint is the place was very dark and there weren’t a lot of outlets. We couldn’t use the fireplace because there wasn’t enough outlets to plug it in

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the place. We had no trouble contacting Retreatia. The people I spoke to were friendly and helpful. They even dropped off our lift tickets in the condo so we didn't have to go to their office. The condo is super convenient for skiing and they even have a shuttle to pick you up and drop you off anywhere in town. The full size beds seemed to have nice mattresses but the queen bed was a bit lacking (firm mattress & flat pillows). Retreatia may have brought over better pillows, had I asked, but I didn't make the effort to call.
