8 days of great skiing. The location is perfect and the unit has everything you'll need. As long as there is snow, there is ski on and off access. There is nothing I didn't like about it. The only thing I would prefer is a larger television in the living room with better remote controls.

I totally get wanting a larger TV and better remote controls for those cozy nights after skiing. Small improvements like that can really make a big difference! We had a great stay the last week of March with our family of four. The condo was clean, well appointed and just as pictured. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of pillows and supplies, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Parking was easy, just outside the building, and there were always spots. Getting to and from the slopes each day was easy. There was a sign on the door of the building the first day stating that because of the warm temps and lack of snow, the ski out access trail was not usable. We took the shuttle the first day, but each day after that, we skied out and in (on certain days taking off our skis for a short distance and walking) from the Right-O-Way trail. We did get a good amount of snow when we were there, which made the ski access trails good, but even when they were not completely covered, it is just a short distance to ski or walk out. We would recommend this condo!

We originally booked another one of Retreatias listings, but last second they said the unit was not going to be available…. But they were awesome, gave us another one of their units and even refunded back the difference in what we were going to pay for the other unit.
The place that they put us in was very clean, and nice with an amazing view. It was nice to be able to walk out the building and drop into the mountain.
Only thing is it is a little difficult to get back to the unit once you are done on the mountain because it’s up a large hill & it’s definitely not walking distance to the resort. But it’s not too far from downtown or resort if you have a vehicle. As well as the beds were a little uncomfortable. But awesome bang for your buck.
Other than that would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! Amazing views from the balcony. The trail to ski access was technically ski in/out but was a bit further and more of a technical ski than we had thought, but it was doable and fine. Hot tub and pool are in a different building which made it less of a draw, but the place was cozy and comfy and perfect for our family of four.

Great condo! Very clean and easy parking. The shuttle service was great. It is ski in/out however it is definitely not for the beginner skier (or children). If you have inexperienced skiers I would utalize the shuttle instead of skiing in/out. Really loved our stay and would definitely book again!

The condo was nicely furnished with everything we needed. The views were amazing as was the location. We were a 5 minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Great location with a great view! We stayed here in September for a short hiking trip. There are a few trails right on the mountain just steps outside our door and even more hiking trails just 20 mins away! The location was just 10 minutes from anything in the downtown area!

The unit we rented at Storms Meadows was great. Well appointed with incredible views of the mountain and valley. The ski in and out is a bit of a stretch. You can do it but is not worth the effort. We stored our ski equipment at the bike shop at the base of mountain. Overall it is a fantastic rental.

We just went to Steamboat for a Mother/Daughter weekend for my Mom's birthday. It was everything we hoped for & more. The location & VIEW was absolutely amazing. We loved it. A view from every room. The complimentary shuttle worked perfectly & everyone was so kind. I would recommend this place to anyone & we took note of it to come back again in the future. Our only slight complaints would be the fire place did not work (at all) for us. We used multiple fire started & followed the directions, but the wood would not catch at all so we never did get a fire started. Even after buying a new fire starter (lighter) because the one left for us did not work. Also - the lighting could be better throughout, it is very, very dim in every room - so made it difficult to just read a book. We will definitely come back & would choose this property again. If VIEW is what you want, look no further, this is IT!!

Wonderful accommodations. Sufficiently spacious and comfortable with great views of the mountain from the balcony. On Sunday night, the fireworks and torch skiing were just spectacular to watch. We also made great use of the outdoor pool and sauna, which are a short walk from the condo. Getting to the slopes was extremely easy. The lockers are on the first floor which minimizes lugging your skis and boots around. After you get outside, you are ready to go as the access trail to the mountain is right there. Getting back was a bit more challenging, primarily because we have young children; it is easily done for more advanced skiers, but it does require a bit of polling, especially for little ones. All in all, this is a great ski-in/out property at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend it.

Festival week in Colorado Springs is a special time. Fresh powder for the first day of skiing. The facilities were excellent. Clean, comfortable, and definitely kept up. The view from the balcony at night was fantastic, as were the sunsets through the valley. It's a true ski in/ski out. The lockers are on the same level as the ski trail so you kit up and walk out to put them on. Fantastic!

This was a very well kept property. Nicely furnished. Appliances were new. We had fresh snow. We carried our skis 20 feet and hit the slopes. At night the views were spectacular overlooking the slopes and base area. The shuttle service took us anywhere we wanted and we never waited more than 10 minutes. We will be booking this next season.

This was a very nice condo, exactly as advertised. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with silverware, pots and pans. The location was perfect - truly was ski in/ski out. And the shuttle service was excellent, we never waited more than 10 minutes to be picked up anywhere - at the condo or in town. Everything in the condo was clean, and worked. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the shuttle service is at this condo property. Even though this is ski in/out, you can catch the shuttle to the gondola from 8AM-10AM and from 2PM-5PM just by walking outside your building or to the shuttle drop by the gondola. All other times are on-call(before 10:30PM) and we never waited more than 10 minutes. The shuttle took us to the grocery store, liquor store and downtown restaurants. The unit was great. There's an excellent view of the mountain from the balcony. It's nice and well maintained. The appliances are a little older but fully functional with no quirks. The only issue is that there are not vending machines in the condo building. You have to buy coca-cola elsewhere.
