Stormwatch 101

What a beautiful and cozy condo this was! The view of the mountain was incredible and the porch perfect for relaxing with coffee and a book. The updates done throughout were modern and flowed through the space. We spent a good amount of time relaxing at the condo, and as long as you follow the advice of letting cool air in early and later at night in conjunction with closing the blinds the temperature was quite comfortable inside.
I appreciated the detailed pictures for the listing that included a literal line drawn on the street showing where to park behind the unit, as mountain condo parking can be interesting this was a first and should be the standard. We also received a message the day of check in letting us know we could in several hours early, unprompted, which was an awesome surprise! We were very pleased with our experience here, this was such a lovely unit for a very fair price.

This was a great small condo with beautiful views from both rooms. The decor was very nice. Having the outdoor area to sit and relax was special. I would stay here again!

For some reason Google lead us a street behind the building and after driving all day I was frustrated. We messaged Retreatia while looking at Google maps to figure it out on our own as we thought they wouldn't get back right away but a second later I received a reply with a rep that was super helpful, sweet, and SO responsive!
The place is as pictured. Modern but cozy. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and as someone that prefers cooking then eating out we were able to enjoy every meal here. The bed was comfy, the bathrooms stock with toiletries, and living room had beautiful natural light. The views were so amazing and it was so peaceful, we didn't want to leave.
The only things I would have like was AC, we used both fans at night to keep cool, and better patio furniture. I enjoyed eating my meals outside but there was no table and the chairs had seen better days. I also wish the BBQ was nicer/bigger so we ended up not using it.
We will definitely be back!

We appreciate your feedback regarding the patio furniture, BBQ, and cooling. This home does not have air conditioning, which is disclosed in the property information. Steamboat Springs is a mountain community where many homes do not have A/C due to the cooler overnight and morning temperatures we typically experience. During warmer periods, we recommend using fans, opening windows during cooler parts of the day, and utilizing shades to help keep the home comfortable.
We will also share your comments regarding the outdoor furnishings and BBQ with our team for review. Guest feedback is valuable and helps us identify opportunities to improve the experience.

Stunning place everything was as pictured. Beautiful view great place to have coffee in the morning on the patio very peaceful. Only minor inconvenience was check out at 10 AM. It was a bit early. Otherwise highly recommend this place would definitely come again.

The place is small, but clean.
Most of the place has been remodeled except the very old bathtubs. The bedroom could use a blackout curtain and the pillows on the bed and extras provide are not soft or comfortable. The bed was decent, but the mattress is sagging, the bedroom needs a mattress and pillow refresh.
The location is good and the unit is a corner unit that’s easy to access. Host is responsive and the place is clean.

Nice place to stay for the weekend, very convenient to have two bathrooms! Only thing to note would be the walk from the parking lot to the unit, could be a hard walk/stairs for older people and not well lit with lots of weeds in the walk way.
