Cute & Cozy Condo

Easy check in process, super clean condo in a great location. Information provided by welcome packets was clear and informative. Beds were extremely comfortable. Shuttle provided by property company was a nice bonus that made getting around easy when the wait was not long.

The place was exactly as described. Very cozy, very very well stocked. Great location. My only issue is that I do feel the place could’ve been cleaned a little better. One of the shades was completely broken. I called about it and they were very responsive and came out the next day to “fix it.” However, they didn’t fix it. They only rehung it. We took the entire shade off because the view of the mountain is too beautiful to be covered by a broken shade. One other thing was there was a large plastic container (something that would hold a bag of flour or sugar) in the kitchen cabinet that had about an inch of cloudy dirty liquid in it. Also there was a pile of carpet deodorizer under the coffee table that had not been vacuumed. It seems like housekeeping should be more attentive at this property.
All that being said it is a great condo and these issues would not stop me from renting again in the future.
