Great location and condo! Very convenient to get to the mountain to ski. A bit further from downtown however we prioritized location to ski.
Couple things to note: pull out couch is very uncomfortable, would recommend bringing a blow up mattress or not have a full 6 people. Secondly, the hot water runs out very quickly.

We enjoyed our stay, easy check in - out, and the office was responsive to communications as very helpful when we touched base ahead of arrival. It was great to be able to speak to the team on the phone getting some additional info clearly and needs met. The property was what we were hoping would be a convenient location, condo would be a more relaxing environment family friendly, but include some amenities our family was looking for during a summer Steamboat vacation. The lodging was as described/expectations and using Airbnb for booking online with the units cost. I would say this was a perfect fit for us, easy place for our family to cook meals, quiet for also relaxing and the bedding was extra comfortable that was notably appreciated in both bedrooms. We used all the appliances and the unit had enough essentials for basic toiletries to get started with soaps, dish detergent and essentials, which was a great way to start the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent ski condo. Remodel was mostly done nicely. Freshly painted in warm colors, very comfortable. While only 1/2 mile from gondola square the shuttle was within a few steps of the door and ran every 20 minutes. Hot tubs and pool were a perfect end of each day. The Retreatia staff were very helpful when needed. Overall an excellent experience.

We booked the condo for the weekend and it was just perfect. The king size bed is so comfortable and my daughter loved the bunk bed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the entire place is in good shape and very clean. I loved the location and proximity to pool, just around the corner. I would stay here again.

This is my second time staying at Timber Run. It is conveniently located to everything in steamboat, has a shuttle to the gondola, and near the city bus route. Would definitely stay here again.

It sounds like Timber Run is a great spot for a repeat visit! The shuttle to the gondola and proximity to the bus route definitely make it a convenient choice for getting around Steamboat. It must be nice to return to a place you know well and enjoy the convenience. Do you have any favorite spots nearby, or is it mostly the location that draws you back?

I got this rental pretty last minute and wow was I happy I did! The check in process is a little odd because I got an email and a text message was conflicting information, but just go to the main rental property in town and that's all you need to know. We had six people and unfortunately the pull out couch bed was very springy and super uncomfortable so one person slept on the couch and the other had to sleep on the floor. Besides that, it was amazing. There were multiple hot tubs and multiple grills that we used. We didn't hear any crazy partiers and it was a holiday weekend. The shuttle service is ideal, literally 5 minutes to the base! Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to make dinner and feed six people for three nights. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay! Love the fireplace and location. Bus stop out front goes to mountain resort every 20 mins. Please book your transportation accommodations beforehand because this town has very limited supply of Ubers and book up very quickly. The master bath hot water didn’t work but I’m sure they’re going to repair it before your stay. Also, they didn’t have coffee beans or dish soap available so come prepared. Other than that it was excellent! Comfortable beds and great hot tub!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Shuttle service was prompt and drivers were very friendly. Front desk staff at Timber Run was also helpful. Condo itself was clean and had everything we could have needed in the kitchen. Fireplace and ski locker were nice added additions to the unit. There was a large group that showed up for accommodations at Timber Run, so we were unable to use the hot tubs/pool the second and third nights due to overcrowding. Of course, this is not the renters fault. Otherwise, everything went smooth and we really enjoyed our stay. We've stayed at other condos in the area and this one has them beat; would definitely stay again.

I have been renting this condo for many years, for at least 3 weeks or more. It is quite nicely furnished and in a very good location near the Gondola Square. It has many nice amenities (pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, shuttle service) and is extremely well stocked with all the necessary supplies. We always have most of our family member come and visit; since `the condo sleeps 8. All of them love it there. Thanks to the reliable shuttle service, everything in Steamboat can easily reached. The personnel there are quite helpful and friendly, all of which contributes to a very pleasant vacation. I will recommend it to my friends and definitely rent it again.

WE SPEND FIVE DAY IN THESE UNIT AND WE LOVED IT. IT HAS A FULL EQUIP KITCHEN THAT YOU CAN UTILIZE WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE NOT GOING OUT TO DINNER, IT HAS A POOL/HOT-TUB AND WE USED IT A LOT TO RELAX AFTER SKIING. GREAT LOCATION. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR!
