Kelly Sullivan

Owner Liaison

As one of Retreatia's Owner Liaisons, Kelly enjoys building strong relationships with property owners and making sure they feel informed, supported, and confident in the care of their homes. With a background in business and a passion for helping people, she brings a personal touch, attention to detail, and a positive attitude to her role.

Before joining Retreatia, Kelly spent 16 years with the American Legion, where she developed a deep appreciation for community, service, and building lasting relationships. Her experience working with veterans, their families, and the community helped shape the people-first approach she brings to her work today.

Kelly moved to Colorado in 2004 and met her husband, Chad, in 2005. After many years along the Front Range, they made the move to Steamboat Springs, where Kelly has enjoyed getting to know the community, exploring everything the area has to offer, and embracing mountain life.

She takes pride in living and working in the community where Retreatia's owners have chosen to invest and looks forward to making Steamboat home for many years to come.
