Guest Services Supervisor

Born in Jamaica and raised in Queens, New York, Lori has called Steamboat Springs home for the past 20 years. As Guest Service Manager at Retreatia, she shares her love for the town while doing what comes naturally to her: taking care of people.

Whether she’s helping guests settle in, answering questions, or finding a solution when things don’t go as planned, Lori wants every guest to feel comfortable reaching out and know there’s someone who cares on the other end. She brings a little Jamaican warmth and New York resourcefulness to mountain hospitality. Her favorite part of the job is knowing she’s helped make someone’s stay a little easier and more memorable.

Outside of work, Lori enjoys walks, hikes, and Pilates with her sister, who always makes sure she gets a real workout. She’s often listening to an audiobook, and a good drama or murder mystery can easily turn a short walk into a longer one. She also loves music, sharing a good laugh with family and friends, and tracking down sneakers for a collection she’s stopped pretending is complete.
