Director of Operations

Taylor Roche is Director of Operations at Retreatia in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where he leads operational strategy and execution across multiple departments. Working closely with executive leadership, he oversees field operations, develops standardized operating procedures, strengthens vendor partnerships, and partners on budgeting and forecasting to deliver exceptional guest experiences and build systems that scale.

Taylor joined Retreatia in 2024 as an Association Manager, overseeing operations and homeowner relationships for communities serving more than 250 homeowners. Before that, he spent eight years with Steamboat Sotheby’s International Realty, growing from an administrative role to Associate Broker and averaging more than $30 million in annual sales volume through high-touch client service.

Taylor believes great organizations are built on accountability, continuous improvement, and a people-first culture. Outside of work, he shares his love of the mountains as a part-time senior team snowboard coach with the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club, where he builds training programs, travels with athletes to competitions, and helps them develop at a high level. When he’s not working, you’ll find him snowboarding, camping, and dirt biking his way around Colorado.
