Viktorija Hristovska

President

Born and raised in Macedonia, Southestern Europe, Viktorija Hristovska moved to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, in 2015 after graduating with a degree in Civil Engineering. Since then, she has called Steamboat home, building a life and career rooted in the community.

Viktorija joined Retreatia in 2016 as a front desk agent. Over the years, she worked across reservations, guest services, owner relations, and operations, gaining a well-rounded understanding of the business and the people it serves. She was promoted to General Manager in 2023 and became Company President in May 2025.

Her favorite part of being at Retreatia is the people. Viktorija is dedicated to supporting her team, building lasting relationships with homeowners and HOA associations, and helping create welcoming experiences for guests. Having worked in so many areas of the company, she understands the hard work behind the scenes and brings that perspective to her leadership.

Outside of work, Viktorija loves spending time with her daughter, Sophia, her husband Ivan, and their puppy, Cashew. She enjoys skiing, hiking, and making memories with friends and family in the mountain community she calls home.
