Description

Located atop River Queen Lane, this complex has some of the most spectacular views in the valley, and this condo does not disappoint. As soon as you walk through the front door, your eyes are immediately drawn to the Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, Sleeping Giant, and the west valley, which are all spread out below. As you step on to the private balcony, you'll understand what "The Curse of The Yampa Valley" is all about - you will never want to leave.

Of course, the spacious, open floor plan with brand new furniture and fixtures will also make you rethink the need to leave. Entering the front door, you'll notice the tile floor, 2 plush sofas, and cozy accent chairs. Kick back and relax while watching the fire or catch the game on the flat screen TV. Immediately to the left of the entry is the kitchen, fully equipped with brand new appliances and everything you need to whip up a plate full of appetizers or a gourmet meal.

The master bedroom has a king bed, new 42'' Smart TV, and attached bath. Tucked into a closet is a stackable washer/dryer. The second bedroom has a brand-new bunk bed setup which has a queen-sized bed on the bottom and a twin sized mattress up top with a full bath just across the hall. This room also has a new 42'' Smart TV and a new ceiling fan. Both bathrooms have been redone and feature new tile, countertops, and a clean, crisp feel.

The Ridgecrest complex is just minutes away from the Mountain Village, Ski Time Square and the slopes of the Steamboat Ski Area. In addition to a wonderful location, enjoy amenities such as covered parking, a community outdoor hot tub, coin-operated laundry, and access to a community BBQ grill.

View from the living room was amazing facing town and the valley! You can walk to the mountain but with older kids 10 and up. There is a cut thru down a driveway and then main road for 5 minutes, but no sidewalk. we walked to mtn in the am and took shuttle home in afternoon, so no uphill walks at the end of the ski day. Hot tub was never crowded and view of the mountian. the private shuttle service is so nice to the mtn or to town sometimes its 15 minutes sometimes its an hour wait just have to plan a little. quite private neighborhood

Great place to stay while traveling to steamboat! Would suggest having own vehicle if staying at this location as it is a good location to mountain but lacking close public transit options and walkable roads to resort.

We had a wonderful stay here for our ski trip. It was clean and comfortable. The king bed was super comfortable and we slept amazingly well. Perfect location as we were close to the resort.

Condo was really nice, clean and perfect size for our adult family of four. View was beautiful. Close to the slopes and convenient to town as well. Only downside was that the Hot tub was out of order and we did try to choose a property that included a hot tub.

Very cozy little condo! Perfect size for our family of 4. My husband and I had our own master bed and bath and my 2 boys had a room with twin beds and their own bath. Very neat and clean. Stocked very well. Covered parking for 1 car. View from the living room was amazing! There is no public bus service for that part of the mountain but there is a private shuttle. It was a great trip and we enjoyed our stay very much!
