Travel Safe & Smart
We are encouraging healthy guests to safely travel to Steamboat this winter. Driving instead of flying, as well as staying in a vacation rental instead of a hotel, offers a private experience to fully enjoy a mountain escape while allowing distance from other travelers. The Town of Steamboat is requiring face masks in public spaces - therefore please bring a face mask, and adhere to social distancing as noted in the Colorado COVID guidelines. We also want to encourage guests to wash hands and bring hand sanitizer. Vacation with us responsibly to respect our beautiful mountain town and the surrounding nature.
Cleaning Standards
We are proud members of the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) as well as the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP), and we have implemented new SafeHome cleaning standards that allow our housekeeping staff to ensure our rentals and linens are clean and sanitary. Our housekeepers are taking extra steps for proper sanitation by using electrostatic sprayers, cold foggers, and other advanced cleaning technology. At this time, we are not allowing early check-in/check-out unless the unit has been thoroughly cleaned by our staff. This allows the time needed for our housekeeping staff and housekeeping inspectors to clean and sanitize all rentals. Please note that due to county restrictions, common areas at complexes including pools, gyms, and hot tubs might be closed indefinitely, or are open with strict regulations. Private hot tubs are still maintained, sanitized and available for use. Contact us for more information.
