Chateau Belle is one of the most luxurious private homes we have in Steamboat Springs. The large wrap around deck off the main level has fantastic views of Emerald Mountain and South Routt County. Conveniently located just one mile from the ski area. This five bedroom home has plenty of space for everyone to spread out, relax and appreciate the mountain lifestyle. As you pull into the neighborhood, you will notice this beautiful home nestled on the corner, with an outstanding exterior of stone, wood, and trees that create the perfect ambiance. Park in the spacious garage, where you will then enter the home's large tiled entryway, equipped with plenty of hooks for gear, and a log bench. This main level is home to a large full bathroom, the fourth and fifth bedrooms, and a wet bar. The fourth bedroom has a log bunk bed with twin over full beds, the wet bar has a mini fridge, sink, and microwave. The flat screen TV is perfect for movie nights, make popcorn, and enjoy the show. Complete with an armoire filled with games and puzzles. The fifth bedroom is just next to it with a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin over full bunk bed. Think about all the fun to be had for the kiddos in the group.

The next level of this remarkable home away from home is where you will fall in love and never want to leave. From the amazing light color hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, rock surrounded wood burning fireplace, leather couches, floor to ceiling windows, and the extremely well stocked fully equipped kitchen, just to name a few. Speaking of the kitchen... Open, bright, wood cabinetry with light color granite counter tops, stainless appliances, two sinks, great windows overlooking the deck and the surrounding aspen trees in the yard. There are two ovens, a gas stove top with four burners and a griddle top, a convection microwave, even a wine fridge. There are more than enough dishes, glasses, mugs, baking pans, silverware and utensils to go around. Enjoy meals at the eight-person pub style wood dining table, under the large antler chandelier. Surrounded by windows to see the sunsets and watch the weather while eating wonderful home cooking. There are also four leather bar stools at the kitchen island. If grilling is your thing there is a gas grill and a charcoal grill at the top of the stairs just around the corner from the kitchen. This is the easiest way to access the backyard, and a magical stone pathway leading to a nice landing surrounded by trees. This level has the laundry room and a half bathroom. The main deck is right off of the dining and living rooms, it wraps around the front of the house with the views even better than inside the home. There are two leather couches right next to the beautiful fireplace, and a third one just past that with a flat screen TV, with Blu Ray player on the media cabinet. There is a bedroom with a Queen bed, huge walk-in closet, and full en-suite bathroom.

Walk up the stairs to the top floor, the hallway overlooks the main level. Here you have the two master bedrooms. One has a king bed, his and hers side by side closets, a ceiling fan, full en-suite bathroom, with a glass-enclosed shower, large sitting tub with skylight, and a two sink vanity. The second master has a king bed, closet, ceiling fan, and full en-suite bathroom with glass enclosed shower.

The house was perfect and close to the slopes. The shuttle was unfortunately closed so was more of a hassle to get to the resort, so double check that before booking. Otherwise was perfect. The great room was bright and open and was perfect for group dinners and game nights. Highly recommend!

Loved staying at this beautiful house on the hill. We needed some family time to recharge and make new memories and this was the perfect place. Close to skiing, town, and amazing views. The house was clean and welcoming and perfect for together time and taking a quiet break from each other.

This home was beautifully located in a very quiet neighborhood near the golf course. Outstanding views from the large deck. Beautiful large kitchen with a double oven, and all the gadgets needed. Great for cooking together and enjoying time together as a family. Really enjoyable experience.

Just an amazing home. Clean, comfortable -- very close to resort (it was easy to caravan our group to and from the resort). Tons of space for our 4 families and kids. Check-in with retreatia was also seamless.

We loved our stay! Everything was great! The home was warm, welcoming, and large. The only thing we would of liked to have a was a hot tube or more paper towel for the kitchen. I highly recommend to anyone
