Description

This 3-bedroom vacation rental spreads on 4 levels and boasts over 2,400 square feet. The bottom level has an open floor plan kitchen with black and stainless steel appliances, huge walk-in pantry, 4 bar stools, and beautiful counter tops, the laundry room equipped with plenty of hooks, cabinets, shelves, and cubbies to store everyone's gear. Up the stairs to the second level brings you to the dining room with a large table to seat 8, a full bathroom, and a deck with 2 chairs and a small table. Don't pass up the wet bar with mini fridge, sink, plenty of cabinets for storage, 2 bar stools, and wine glass rack.

The dining room opens up to the living room with dramatic vaulted ceilings with a warm and cozy gas fireplace, 65-inch TV with Fire Stick and Sonos sound system, and sliding glass doors leading to a second deck, equipped with 4 chairs and 2 tables the mid-mountain valley views are sure to please all. With a plush couch, 2 comfy chairs, and many large floor throw pillows, this open living room allows for everyone to watch a movie. A Sonos sound system allows for ultimate entertainment. There is even a game table in the corner along with plenty of games to keep kids and adults enjoying a night in.

Walk up the next set of stairs and into either of the two bedrooms on this floor. Each bedroom has a Queen bed, in suite full bathroom, walk-in closet, a flat screen TV, air conditioning or heat pump, and deck door access shared with the other bedroom. From this deck, you have mountaintop views and can even see the Gondola running!
The 4th and top level of this condo is reserved for the Primary Bedroom. Dramatic vaulted ceilings, air conditioning or heat pump, attached full bathroom with double vanity, walk-in closet, King size bed, 55-inch flat screen TV, and ceiling fan - this bedroom is made to please.

The two on-property hot tubs are ready and waiting for our guests. Also, there are two gas grills for guests to use and a patio table and chairs. Book this ski condo and receive discounted lift tickets.

Located conveniently 200 yards to the ski slopes, the La Casa complex has been a long-time favorite Steamboat lodging spot. The amenities include covered parking and overflow parking, and seasonal outdoor hot tubs, which makes the complex perfect for your vacation rental place.

Wonderful accommodations, 20+ inches of snow during a late spring stay…the Boat delivered…as always! We only had a family of 4 in the condo with the possibility of some local Colorado visitors. The location is ideal, and the amenities are perfect for an in-home experience. We only got hot chocolate and 1 meal on the mountain or elsewhere, everything was made in the kitchen. Checking in/out made easy @ the Lodge, and we’ll for sure be back!

La Casa 24 was a great place to stay. 8 friends all piled into this cozy mountain home for the weekend. The best part is that it was so close to the ski resort (about a 5 minute walk), and a free shuttle system to and from downtown Steamboat. The house was stocked with all the necessary amenities for cooking and hygiene as well as comfort. They also offered discounts on ski passess and rentals which weren't needed but were a nice perk. I would definitely recommend this place and would come stay again if ever in Steamboat.

Our family of 10 stayed over the New Year and loved the home. It was spacious to accommodate the entire group, and we throughly enjoyed all of the bathrooms, plenty of hot water, hot tubs and easy walking access to slopes. There were plenty of restaurants that delivered and the kitchen was able to accommodate all of our needs. We would highly recommend this home.

Spacious and comfortable- perfect for families or a group of friends. Balconies on several levels with views of the mountain and valley. Stocked kitchen and large mud/laundry room. Comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms.

Short walk to the slopes and the shuttle service made dining very easy. Slight issue with the sound system due to the internet. Besides this small issue I would rate 11/10!

Great condo layout. Hot tub closed for Covid :(
Short walk to slopes, as long as you are willing to do a blue slope on the way home. Kitchen well stocked, including a crock pot. "Complimentary coffee" wasn't enough for our stay, had one packet regular and two decaf. Shuttle service fantastic! Take advantage of it.

Great place right by the slopes with tons of ski storage. The place itself is HUGE with so much room and a wonderful living area. The only complaint is the beds were pretty uncomfortable but the place itself and location made up for it. The free shuttles are great as well, be sure to utilize them to get around town.

The condo had plenty of space for our family. The bunk bed room was a hit with the kids. The walk to the slopes is short although not quite ski in/out. My only complaint is the quality of the cookware as most pots were dented. We would definitely stay again.

La Casa 24 had everything our group needed for a great vacation. I love that La Casa has a mudroom to keep our gear and boots out of the way and we definitely got a lot of use out of the wet bar as well. This condo is the furthest one from the hot tub which is probably the only downside. Aside from that, we loved it!

We felt right at home, clean and comfortable, close to the slopes, a few steps walking. Lovely views and lots of windows, hot fireplace. Only the bunk beds are low, so watch your head.

La Casa is a lovely condo complex in close proximity to the slopes. We stayed durning the summer and let me just say that the views were amazing. Number 24 has a couple of different balconies to enjoy, one of which faces west so you can take in the beautiful Colorado sunsets. This rental has plenty of space for everyone- a gorgeous master suite, junior suite, and bunk bed room for the kids. All are very comfortable, well-stocked, and full of touches of rustic charm. The layout of the condo is great, with the kitchen area flowing into the mini bar and dining space, which then opens up to the living room so there’s lots of room to spread out while still being able to entertain and socialize if you’d like. La Casa is conveniently situated near many of Steamboat’s awesome attractions, including Fish Creek Falls, Steamboat Ski Resort (with lifts, mountain biking, and other fun activities open in the summer), Yampa River, Old Town Hot Springs, and plenty of bars and restaurants a short drive away as well. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed staying at La Casa during our summer vacation and would happily book again in the future.

Great place to come back to after hiking and playing at Steam Boat Springs. Loved all of the bathrooms off of each room. Well, equipped with everything we needed. Thank you for the fans in each room- we needed it with no air conditioning. Only improvement would be to make sure the floors are vacuumed, they did not look like they had been when we arrived. It also would have been nice to have a pancake griddle for breakfasts and a couple of more fans to cool things off. Great place to stay! We really enjoyed our visit! Thanks!
