It's also just two blocks from the Core Trail bike path and a short, ten minute walk to Fetcher Pond and the Yampa River.

You'll relax the moment you walk in the door of this condo. The open living space with two leather sofas (one of which is a sleeper), flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and ceiling fan combined with the soft natural light flowing in from the large picture windows creates a warm, welcoming ambiance. The newly remodeled kitchen has new quartz countertops, a sink and faucet, a slate backsplash, and a new cooktop on a gas range. It has all the amenities you need to whip up a quick snack or cook a big family meal. A beautiful bar-height dining table seats six, and there is seating for 3 more at the kitchen bar. Step through the sliding glass door from the dining area onto a private patio with a gas BBQ grill and seating for two. It's the perfect place to kick back in summer with a warm cup of coffee or an afternoon beverage.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with tub/shower, walk-in closet, and ceiling fan. This room also has a large sliding glass door and a second private patio with a garden view. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an oversized walk-in closet. The large bathroom with a walk-in shower is just outside in the hall, complete with a heat lamp for those chilly winter days. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer tucked into one of the hall closets.

This unit comes with exterior parking spots right next to the unit, as well as a dedicated, private one-car garage that is located directly across the lot from the entrance, making it easy to carry your gear and groceries from car to condo.

Great stay this year, our third in the condo building, and second in the same unit. Everything was great as usual except the hot tubs were not working for most of the week. I did contact Retreatia about the issue multiple times, and on the last day they were working again. But we had two very cold days where we walked out to use the hot tubs only to find them at 60 degrees! Brrrr.

I am glad they got them fixed and we had no issues in the past years with the hot tubs. I think it would be helpful if there was more communication about issues and when they might be fixed and/or when the HOA did fix the tubs. I felt like I communicated the issue but always got a generic "Its the HOA issue to resolve" which was not very helpful. Nor did anyone put a sign on the door to the hot tubs to let guests know about the issue or that there was a time/day estimated for a fix.

Lastly, If the rental agency wanted to bump up the quality of the towels it would be awesome but I know that is a question of $$

We were forced to change our reservation and Retreatia was very friendly and helpful about accommodating us.
We enjoyed everything about the unit, i.e. the location, the cleanliness, the furnishings, the quiet peaceful environment and the spacious living area and bedrooms.

Amazing condo for our family vacation with plenty of space for the 5 of us. EXTREMELY clean upon arrival. Great location between mountain village and downtown. We plan to book this condo for our trip next year.

We had a great stay! The condo was sparkling clean, the layout was very open and great to hang out, cook, or sit by the fire, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and it was in a great location very close to the ski hill. No complaints here - I highly recommend it!
