Quail Run 3393 is great for families. This beautiful townhome is in the heart of the Steamboat Mountain Village.

This townhouse is as comfortable as it is welcoming. If you’d like to enjoy the fresh mountain air as you cook, grab a seat in one of the Adirondack chairs located on the back porch and fire up the gas grill! While dinner cooks, you can keep an eye on the kids, as they work up an appetite running around the large field and playing on the playground located right out back. After dinner, cozy up in front of the gas fireplace on the couch or the over-sized chair to read a book, chat, or to watch a movie on the large, flat screen smart TV with added sound system. Perfect property for our party of 4! Roomy and comfortable. Had an issue with a lock - they fixed it immediately! Highly recommend as long as it isn’t too hot- it did get very warm due to high temperatures.

Great property, worked well for our group. Kids loved the bunk area and puzzles. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of extras (pillows, blankets, fans etc) It was a bit warm during the day with no air conditioning, but the owners don't control the weather! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfect house for a family with small children and extended family members. Plenty of space, convenient to stores and downtown, well stocked kitchen. The staff at Retreatia was extremely receptive to my phone calls, very friendly and made the check-in process very simple! We will always use Retreatia when available for our future vacations!

This was perfect for our family and a few friends. The Retreatia shuttle made it easy to get to the mountain for skiing and the SP City bus stop was a short walk--not bad even in temperatures below 10 degrees. The Retreatia office staff were very responsive and accommodating.

Overall we were happy with the Space. The lighting needs to changed out overall. It is very dusk in every room and our eyes struggled to adjust at night. Recommend installing some brighter LED Bulbs. Also the shade controls for the Basement room are missing. It got in the 90’s while we were there. With no A/C there we were able to open the windows at night to try and cool the place down but it remained warm, especially upstairs. Only the main ceiling fan in the front room. Recommend providing a few fans to get air circulating

Perfect! Large and spacious for 7 of us. Plenty of room to move around and enjoy each others company. It was close to the bus lines and the ski hill. Loved the shuffleboard. It gave us an outlet other than the tv.

Family friendly unit with plenty to do, well supplied kitchen, nicely stalked for cooking in. Quiet neighborhood community, easy access to all things in Steamboat. This was a multi generation family trip with 7 people and we all were comfortable and had personal space when needed.

Good property. Lots of room. Liked the bunk bed set downstairs. Great kitchen, DR and LR. Yes the rugs probably need to be replaced as mentioned in other reviews but non issue to us. Great kitchen pits/one ect. Even a lime squeeze. They do tell you but wasn't sure but MBR upstairs with its bath is a queen bed. May or may not be an issue. Used the grill and shuttle bus. Had a great week.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The layout works great for our group. The kitchen is stocked with enough pots and pans to actually make a meal, the hot tub is large enough to fit our group and the heated garage with boot dryer is an extra plus.

Such a great property for a family vacation to Steamboat. Clean, convenient location and the shuffleboard table made for fun night after a day of skiing.

Overall layout is great for a group or family. Quite location. Needs a little TLC. We stayed last year and noticed small things that need attention now. As previous reviews have mentioned there needs to be curtain/shades in the master bedroom. There used to be, and the brackets are there but no shades. Bathroom door lock does not work. Had to call to have shower drain unplugged. Still overall nice place just needs attention.

Plenty of room, well stocked with the basics, really liked the heated garage. We could keep all our equipment/apparel outside and would be dry in the morning.

The place was beautiful and the location was perfect! We loved the place and the location was close enough to downtown! The upstairs shower current did have some mold on it that might be worth looking into, but other than that it was a great place! Reviewer location Fort Collins, CODate of arrival July 14, 2017
