Perfect for families! This fabulous townhome is just blocks away from Whistler Park, Steamboat Core Trail (bike path), the free bus, and the Steamboat Mountain Village.

This newly updated townhouse welcomes you from the moment you walk in the door. The open, multi-level layout easily facilitates the gathering of family and friends, yet provides enough space for everyone to have some privacy, relax, and unwind. The first floor main living area/kitchen is a natural gathering place. Facing the fireplace and flat screen TV, is a large leather sofa and chair plus lounge that can easily accommodate six, but the kids will all be fighting over who gets the bean bag chair on the floor. If you're making a meal while the movie is on, you won't miss a beat. You also won't miss any of the items you typically have at home, as this kitchen is replete with everything you need to toss together a snack or large, family meal, and the granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances look crisp and clean. The dining table seats six, but the table leafs and extra chairs provide enough room for eight.

In summer you can take the extra chairs out on the deck while you fire up the grill or just sit down and enjoy the fresh mountain air with a cup of coffee or an evening beverage of choice. Don't worry if the kids are restless, you can watch from the deck as they work up an appetite running around the large field and playing on the playground located right out back. After dark, grab one of the games out of the closet and circle around for even more family fun.

At the top of the stairs leading from the garage is a full sized washer/dryer. The first bedroom has a queen bed and is right next door to the full sized bathroom with tub/shower. Adjacent to the living area on the main floor is the master bedroom with king bed, flat screen TV, en suite bath, and ceiling fan to cool you off in the summer. The third floor bunk room is every child's dream: twin over twin and twin over full bunk beds with private bathroom. They may never want to leave!

Although this town home has a heated, one car garage, with the free city bus stop located right in front of the complex (which runs every 20 minutes during ski season), you can skip the pain of parking downtown and simply enjoy the ride. No need to rush and it's never too far to carry your ski gear or shopping bags. Plus, you can always have that extra craft beer that Colorado is know for.
