Description

Perfectly located between Old Town and The Mountain and immediately adjacent to public transportation, this luxurious, newly remodeled condo located on Hilltop Parkway is convenient to just about everything.

The moment you walk in the door the cathedral ceiling, large pictures windows and warm, western décor will stop you in your tracks. More often than not, you will find yourself simply standing and staring out the floor to ceiling picture windows., watching the snow fall or seeing which animals are strolling through the wildlife corridor below. With these views, it's easy to dismiss the large, flat screen TV mounted above the gas fireplace, as you relax with a glass of wine on one of the two leather sofas or the cozy arm chair. In summer, ceiling fans keep the condo nice and cool.

The open living space flows from living to dining area, to kitchen where you'll find granite counter tops, stainless appliances, and everything you need to whip up a meal or a quick snack. Seating for 3 at the bar and 6 at the dining room table guarantees seating for all. There is a second large, flat screen TV in the dining area that mirrors the one above the fireplace. A full bathroom and laundry room are also adjacent to this space.

The master bedroom is located just off the living area. The king bed is brand new. There is also a flat screen TV and large picture window that overlooks the wildlife corridor. A walk in closet and en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub complete the ste up. Up the stairs the second bedroom has similar views and another new king bed. The third bedroom has a new queen bed, flat screen TV and mountain views. There is an additional den are with queen bed. Between the third bedroom and the den there is a brand new, full bathroom with walk in shower and wine barrel sink. the horse yoke mirror is sure to put a smile on your face.

Parking is never a problem here, and there is room for two cars. Please note that there are 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo, from he parking lot. This condo is also just a 3 minute walk to the city bus stop and Freshies restaurant. Walk by Freshies, and you're at Emerald Fields and the Botanic Park. Hiking trails are just outside the door, and Rita Valentine Park is just up the road in the opposite direction.

With the prime location, warm and inviting feel, and great views, this property will provide the ease and comfort of every traveler is seeking.

The Ranch at Hilltop was a wonderful experience. It was very close to downtown Steamboat and a quick ride to the mountain for skiing. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there. I would definitely stay here again!! Although…the last night it did smell like rotten eggs. Loved it!!!

We absolutely loved staying at the Ranch at Hilltop! We had 8 people in our party and this condo had plenty of space to accommodate us all. It has a fully stocked kitchen (which is nice as we cooked several meals during our stay). The location is extremely convenient to downtown and the ski resort. It is also a very short walk to the free shuttle that Steamboat offers… will definitely be staying here again!

This condo is unreal! It was clean, spacious and had fantastic views. Not to mention the ski slopes and downtown Steamboat are right next door. Highly recommend this for a get away vacation!

Very clean and quiet and perfect amount of space for our extended family. Beds were roomy (Queens & Kings) and comfortable. Only complaint is poor lighting, especially in the kitchen.

This place was extremely clean upon arrival. Beautifully decorated in a very western theme, warm, cozy, and the most spacious condo I've ever stayed in. The kitchen was extremely well equipped; as I enjoy cooking. Convenient to the ski shuttle parking lot and to the shops and restaurants downtown.

Our second year in a row staying at this condo. Excellent yet quiet location. Easy easy to get to
mountain. Tons of space that is thoughtfully decorated. Western aesthetic. Extremely well equipped. Overall comfortable and luxurious. This place is just so great to unwind in and spread out at after a day on the slopes

We had a great stay, the unit decor was amazing and beds comfortable, my feedback would be to check the unit before the arrival because I found construction/repair equipment in a bedroom and bathroom.
Also I would suggest a quick guide on how to use the TV remotes, because they had so many around the condo.
Still 5 star and would stay again.

Loved this place. Was great for my group of 8. We loved everything about the property, it was well outfitted with kitchen supplies. It wasn't super close to the mountain, but it was so comfortable we didn't even mind. The place itself was kind of hard to find, and the after hours check in process was a tad confusing. But the management was very helpful when we got to speak to them in person. We would 100% stay here again!!
