This condo sleeps six, has two private balconies, a one-car heated garage (plus additional exterior parking adjacent to the unit), concierge shuttle service in winter, AND it’s just a few blocks from the ski area, Wild Plum Market, and several restaurants. With easy access to skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking and numerous other mountain adventures available in the area, this condo is truly one of the best places to enjoy your next family vacation!

This beautifully remodeled and artfully decorated top floor condo will impress you the moment you walk in the door. The large picture windows flood the main living space with a warm, natural glow, and the open living area creates the perfect flow of energy from living room, to kitchen, to dining room. The cozy sectional sofa with plush throw pillows faces a gas fireplace with a gorgeous stone hearth that has a large, flat screen TV mounted above it for entertainment. The two decks, one located off the living area and the other off the master bedroom, are the perfect place to unwind and soak in the mountain air after a day outdoors. There is not a space in this home that doesn't beckon you to sit down, relax, and truly enjoy your time off.

Completely remodeled within the last year, the fully stocked kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, beautiful cabinetry, a Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to whip up a fabulous meal. There is seating for six at the beautiful new dining table as well as four bar stools at the kitchen counter.

The master bedroom has a new king bed, plush bedding, flat screen TV, and a private full bathroom. It also has a private balcony with bistro seating and unbeatable views. The second bedroom also has cozy bedding and new a king bed. The spacious bathroom for this bedroom is just outside the bedroom in the hall. Ceiling fans have been installed in both bedrooms and the living area to help cool the condo in summer, but the vaulted ceilings help circulate the air year-round.

A laundry room with full size washer and dryer is located just inside the front door and provides extra space to store all your gear. You’ll also never be cold pulling into the one-car heated garage in winter! There is one additional parking spot available on the driveway in front of the garage and extra parking in the lot on the side of the building.

Cozy ski stay, with a free shuttle that made it infinitely easier!

Shearling Haus was a cozy, well-appointed apartment -- fully-stocked modern kitchen, updated bathrooms and decor. We had one couple and one parent and child and it worked out wonderfully. The Retreatia shuttle was a real boon -- we didn't have to drive to the resort to ski (and some people even used it to go to town). The front door lock needed some repair and a guy appeared within fifteen minutes of our call. Did I miss a hottub? Yes. But we stayed one night at the Holiday Inn for about the same price per night, and it was substantially less. I would definitely recommend.

Nice unit. When we arrived the unit was warm as there is no A/C. We opened the windows and it cooled off quickly. It is a comfortable place, however the linens were crispy and towels slightly uncomfortable.

We ubered and used the bus line from here. Easy peasy.

This condo was very nicely updated. Bonus was the garage (which is hard to find in most condos). Shuttle service was on-call and the drivers were very friendly. Neighbors were also very friendly. Only issue was lack of coffee maker (not major, but for coffee lovers out there….). Check in/out was easy.

Our stay at this condo was amazing. The place looks exactly as it does in the photos and was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a pleasure to cook homemade meals in the kitchen while being able to see what's playing on the TV or listen to music on the Alexa. The kitchen was also well stocked with things like spices, olive oil, coffee, etc. All we needed to purchase was the fresh food that we would get from one of the grocery stores close by. The condo's proximity to downtown steamboat (about a 4-minute drive) was ideal! And the restaurants in town were some of the best we've ever been to. We enjoyed many sunrises and sunsets on both of the balconies. I will never forget our time in Steamboat at this beautiful condo :)

Amazing condo! Came for spring break with four grownups and two children. Perfect amount of space & awesome location. So close to the mountain. We loved the mountain views outside the balcony! Kitchen and dining area were super nice for quick breakfasts and couple dinners. Can’t wait to come back!

Great condo convenient to village and slopes! Loved the attention to detail in the unit. Everything you need from resting on the amazing couches in front of the lovely fire to cooking an amazing meal in the well stocked kitchen! Love the space with the bunk beds if you plan to have a couple children with you if not it is great extra space for all those big coats and shoes- not that you need it because the closet space is plenty and the heated garage is perfect to leave your gear.
