Large, south-facing windows bathe the unit with natural light and breathtaking views during the day. In the summertime, open the sliding glass doors and feel the cool mountain breeze. Let the sounds of the rushing waters of Burgess Creek soothe your soul. At night, enjoy scenes of the illuminated slopes and mountain village from the private balcony or cozy up with a blanket in front of the gas fireplace. Take in a movie or your favorite show from the large living room flat screen TV with Roku streaming device. Savor time with family and friends by taking advantage of the fully stocked kitchen with premium appliances and large dining table for meals, entertaining, or playing games. On the main level you will also find one bedroom with a king bed, and one full bathroom with a tub and shower.

Ascend a modern staircase to the spacious loft area, which has a full over full bunk bed, with an accompanying twin trundle bed to accommodate up to five people. The upstairs bedroom offers a comfortable king bed. There is one bathroom upstairs with a large walk-in shower. There are flat screen TVs with Roku streaming devices in the loft and upstairs bedroom.
Enjoy all the ski village has to offer or walk a few steps to the free transit bus for a short ride to downtown for hot springs, shopping, impressive culinary experiences, festivals, river tubing and more.

*So close to everything, no car required! Airport shuttles from Yampa Valley or Denver airports; 2-minute walk to the slopes; 4-minute walk to the closest restaurant and city bus stop. Retreatia Shuttle available 8am - 10:45pm to take you to grocery stores, downtown, ski rental stores, etc. Save yourself the exorbitant cost of a rental car and let us do the winter driving for you.

*Summer Parking: Due to unexpected circumstances, there is currently no on-site parking at Ski Time Square Condos or Overnight parking. Ski Time Square guests have access to discounted paid parking in the Steamboat Square Garage. The entrance is next to the Gondola Transit Center and right across the street from Ski Town Wine & Spirits (2307 Mount Werner Cir, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487). Use pays station kiosks at lots or the Park Mobile App.*

*Winter Parking: There is no on-site parking at Ski Time Square Condominiums. Free parking is located at the Emerald Parking Lot next to the Yampa River Botanic Park.

***The unit has a cart in the front closet to help with loading/unloading of luggage, groceries, etc.

Great condo - luxurious and well equipped

I was very impressed with this property. The condo is very well equipped, definitely felt to me more like a higher-end hotel room than some of the other rental properties I've stayed at in the past. The location is very convenient for skiing as you can walk to/from the base, and the drive into town took us ~7 mins. Nice view of the lower half of the mountain. The balcony faces Northeast, so it's really nice to get some morning sun on the balcony, and you don't have to worry about being cooked out there in the afternoon. Some things in particular that we really liked: 1) The kitchen has many pots, pans, utensils, etc, so preparing meals is easy. 2) The bathrooms had individually-wrapped soaps, similar to a hotel. If you drive to Steamboat this may not be an issue, but if you find it difficult to fly with toiletries, they have you covered. 3) We had a 3 year old with us, and there are some toys (mainly blocks, a few board games) in the condo which was fantastic, my son played with the blocks for hours. 4) Tons of fans! It's very rare to find a condo in Steamboat that has AC, so if you stay in the summer, the many fans made it much easier to get air circulating through the condo to cool it down in the afternoon. 5) The TVs are already signed into Netflix, Disney+ and other accounts, which is a nice touch.

One point to consider (and this isn't a knock on this specific condo itself, but rather the whole property) is that if you struggle with stairs, you may find it challenging to get to/from your car. There is an elevator in the condo building itself to get from the lobby to the upper floor, but it's a short walk + stairs to/from the parking garage. For a vast majority of people this won't be an issue, but if you're mobility challenged, it could be tough, especially in the winter.
