Description

Situated just off Right-O-Way, it is a ski in/ walk out unit (20 yards walk). You ski into the back door of the building, where the ski lockers are. Ski in for a quick lunch and then hit the slopes again the powder probably has piled another 4 inches during that time so you can ski in fresh powder all over again. Afterward, your muscles will thank you for a dip in the hot tub to let them unwind after a great day at Steamboat!

Being on the top floor, the condo commands expansive views of the ski area and the valley below. The unit boasts 1,300 square feet on 2 levels. As you enter the unit you will be greeted by a visual treat; stunning stained glass windows cast a warm glow over the home, complimenting the classic Steamboat decor. The Granite kitchen countertops will cater to the whims and wants of even a personal chef, with all the space. Right in front of it, sits the living room and dining area with large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, and dramatic vaulted ceilings. Plush carpets relax tired feet as you gather around the large counter opening to a cozy gathering area in front of the fireplace which provides ample seating options close enough to converse or watch the big game on the huge flat screen.

The fun spiral staircase will take you upstairs the master bedroom has a King and en-suite bathroom with granite counter tops. The Second bedroom has a King bed and the second half of the room has a queen bed with a sharing a bathroom.

If you feel like grilling some steaks you can do this on the outside grills, while your friends and family are helping you out or just playing on the huge yard of green green grass in the summer. If you feel like eating out grab your jacket for a short 4 minutes walk to Ski Time Square and Gondola Square the heart of the Steamboat Ski Area, where numerous restaurants are located. Great location, condo in need of update

Great location, easy in and out for skiers, and perfect view from the deck. Kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Description of bedroom/bathroom set up was not clear. The master bathroom is a jack and jill bath opening into both bedrooms on the second floor. (the other bathroom in on the first floor) The bunk beds are in one of the bedrooms - not a separate area. Mattress in one bedroom was old with body indentations.
Management company was friendly and helpful.

The unit is exactly as it appears on the pictures. It was very clean, the furniture was in good condition and the kitchen and upstairs bathroom have been updated. This building is a little old on the outside, but the location is awesome for ski in/ski out and everything is super convenient. Kitchen was stocked, parking was easy, ski lockers convenient, two story unit with circular stairs was most memorable and fun! Thanks for being great owners and we would definitely stay here again for a ski trip.

This top floor unit faces the Christie lift and has nice views of the mountain and slopes. We had everything we needed. We loved sitting by the fireplace and the humidifier came in handy since the air was so dry. This is truly a ski in unit and the ski storage on the first floor was great to have! Would’ve been optimal if the shuttle service was offered, but we found our way around with the bus system. Even though there was no washer and dryer in the unit, it wasn’t terribly inconvenient to go down to the first floor to use the laundry facilities. I would recommend bringing quarters if you need to do laundry!

Very nice view. Could use some updating. Blinds in master don’t work, bathroom on main level randomly flushes and trash can in kitchen is way too small. Over all nice place.

Very great view, true ski in walk out. Could use some updating and more towels in the unit. Laundry situation sucks. Random flushing toilet in down stairs, blinds in master don’t work so you can be seen dressing outside. Over all a nice place and much better location. Unit was not ready until after check in time.

We had eight adults stay in this unit and it was perfect for our group. We had a great time and the location was great. Very short walk to the slope and skiing in is even easier.

We had a great stay. There was 4 of us and I there was plenty of room. It is about a 20 yard walk from the building to the slopes and you can ski right up to it. I would definitely book here again.

Great location, great place! Our group of 6 had a great time in this condo. There was plenty of room and it suited us perfectly. The ski in/ski out location was ideal near the base of the mountain at the end of the primary run so no out of the way skiing to get back. Views from the deck out toward the Christie lift were great too as we could gauge the conditions of the slopes before heading out. Highly recommended we would love to stay here again!
