Nice Place

A well-maintained older apartment with a great location. The staff did a great job with cleaning in advance, check-in procedures, shuttle ride offers, etc. Would do again.

Amazing Location

This was such a great place to stay. The decor is a bit dated but don't let that discourage you the unit is spotless and in great shape. The location couldn't be better. The check-in and out process is a bit strange and inconvenient but I wouldn't keep me from booking it again.

Great Views. Great Amenities!

This condo is all about the views. Great views! The complex has some really nice amenities, that were much better than what was even listed in the description. Definitely a great place to bring the family! Bring a fan for the second bedroom if you are going in the summer. None of the units in Steamboat have A/C so it gets a little toasty at times on hot summer days if you don't have a fan, which this one did not in the second bedroom. The property management company was very helpful and professional, but it's a little inconvenient that have to pick up and then drop off your keys there, which is several miles from the condo. A lockbox at the unit would be much easier for guests. Other than those two small things, this property is definitely a 10 out of 10 !

Great corner location with wrap around balcony and beautiful views of the mountain. There were 4 of us and it was perfect for our active weekend. Although the weather was in the high 80's/low 90's and there was no air conditioning we never felt hot in the unit. We all agreed we would stay here again.

The condo was homey, clean, and all around cozy. The description said it is a two bedroom. There is a master bedroom, but the second “bedroom” is only a bedroom when you pull the sliding wall shut. Otherwise it’s part of the living room. This did not cause any issues for us at all, but I don’t feel it’s truly a two bedroom condo. The beds were not super comfortable, but I slept fine mine. Our stay was great and I would definitely stay here again.
