This gorgeous one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located in the Storm Meadows East building. Just steps from the slopes, you can't beat this location for skiing, hiking, or biking - it's all right out your front door!

Newly remodeled with a mountain-modern design, this condo is the perfect retreat for couples or a family with small children. The large leather sleeper-sofa, arm chair, flat screen TV, and gas fireplace provide the ideal space for relaxing after a day outdoors. The spacious kitchen features new granite counters, stainless appliances, as well as every accessory needed to whip up a gourmet meal or quick snack. Four bar seats make eating together easy, and the open living space means you won't miss a minute of the conversation no matter where people choose to sit.

In summer, grab a cup of coffee or prop your feet up with a nice glass of wine and enjoy the fresh mountain air on the private deck with partial views of the mountain. The common fire pit is just steps away and is a great place to retreat to in the evenings.

Sleeping after a long day of activities won't be a problem. The master bedroom is tucked behind an elegant barn door, and a new king bed with plush bedding, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with crisp, white tiles, and tub/shower. The sleeper sofa provides space for another two if needed.

A private ski locker, community hot tub and fire pit, and on site coin-operated laundry facilities are just a few of the extra amenities at this property. Two, full-sized washers and dryers are on each floor near the elevator.

In addition to being ski in/ski out, Storm Meadows East is also located a short walk from Ski Time Square and Gondola Square, the heart of the Steamboat Ski Area, where great restaurants and shops are located.

There is only 1 parking space for this unit. The building is entered from the parking lot on the sixth floor. There is an elevator at ground level that you may use or you will descend two flights of stairs to access the condo.

We stayed at Storm Meadows through Retreatia and had a phenomenal experience. The place was modern and well kept. Kitchen worked great and we saved a lot of money cooking. Best part was being ski in and out at the resort! We can’t wait to come back and stay with Retreatia!

Here for a long weekend with my son for a skiing experience. This condo was absolutely perfect for our trip, super convenient ski in - ski out, recently remodeled, comfortable king bed, nicely furnished - in short everything we could want. And the cost was reasonable for the location, convenience, and quality. This is our second time at Storm Meadows - definitely not our last!

We have stayed at Storm Meadows East three times and E44 was the best. Very newly remodeled unit that is well-equipped. The Retreatia team was responsive to several requests for assistance. Very pleased with the unit and Retreatia team.
