Beautifully appointed living area with sleeper sofa, cozy fireplace and large flat screen TV. The unit has its own private balcony. This condo comes with 1 designated spot in the underground parking. The building has elevator, fitness room and outdoor seasonal pool and hot tub, nestled next to a creek and small pond with waterfall. Best ski condo so far

This by far is the best condo I have ever stayed at. Close to the base/gondola station (5-7 minutes walking), yet affordable. A Retreatia shuttle ever 5-10 minutes if you don't feel like walking. The condo itself (at least S32) is awesome. Plenty of utensils to feed 6-8 people, very clean and functional, and well renovated. When we had a small issue with a fireplace, we got someone to come and fix it while we were out skiing. When we needed a late checkout, we asked and got it (for free), as there was no one moving in that day.
All is all, a great place to be at if you want to ski at Steamboat Springs without paying an arm and a leg. Will definitely return, and will be trying for this specific unit, as I am not sure if all of the Retreatia units are the same. Can def vouch for this one though.

Our stay at the Terraces was perfect. Condo was modern, clean and cozy. And really great value! Very convenient to resort and to town. Communication with Retratia was great - clear instructions, timely replies. We look forward to visiting Steamboat Springs again soon !

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The heated garage parking was a nice amenity that is not often found with most condos.

The place was very clean and the furniture and bedding were very comfortable and top notch.

Also loved the peace and quiet. It was really great to simply hang out by the gas fire, sip a beer, and watch the snow fall and relax after a full day of skiing.

The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to eat every meal in. The place was very clean and comfortable for our family of six. Waking up to the view of the mountain was lovely in the master bedroom.

It's an easy 5 min walk to the base, if you don't want to take the shuttle. The kids loved the pool with the snow coming down, while my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of skiing.

Beds were comfortable and the place was cozy. Easy access from the large parking spot in the garage right up the elevator to the place. Will definitely stay here again in the summer.

This was the perfect condo for our family of four to stay in for a wonderful fall weekend getaway! We have two toddler boys and they loved the bunk beds and extra games & puzzles provided in the condo. The condo was perfectly equipped with everything needed to cook a meal although the location of this condo is also walking distance to several decent restaurants. I loved how this condo only shared the top floor with one other unit. It was very quiet and we never heard our neighbors.

Unfortunately the pool was closed and I think the hot tub area was under renovation so we didn’t get to enjoy that but there’s a very family friendly hot spring pool 10 minutes away. The gym could really use some upgrades but we made it work.
Plus you don’t really need the gym when you are so close to skiing or great walking/biking trails right outside of the property. We will definitely return.

This was the perfect place for our family during fall break. It was a cute condo and was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the unit was quiet. The wifi and TV's worked well. Just outside was a lovely creek we walked by on the way to local stores. We were able to view the gorgeous trees and fall colors sitting on the balcony and enjoying our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The assigned indoor parking was very convenient. I'm sure it would be great during the snowy months. The location of the condo was close to all the things Steamboat Springs has to offer. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our vacation here and watching the leaves change! Perfect location: there's a pathway so you can walk to the base of the mountain and the stream flows right outside the building. In the summer they will have concerts at the mtn base! Lots of restaurants are close, like Wild Plum and Apres Burger Bistro.. Los Locos has the best pastor tacos! Loved having a grill on the deck and kitchen was fully stocked.

Super comfortable beds and with the pull-out couch we easily fit 7 people. Very clean and comfortable! Convenient having the heated parking garage, and elevator leads right up to the condo.
