Description

Rarely does one come across a view as stunning as the one from this Yampa View condo. Year-round, panoramic views span from the Flat Tops to the Yampa Valley and across to Emerald Mountain. This beautifully furnished 2 bed/2 bath mountain retreat was tastefully remodeled a few years ago and has been updated again since.

Natural light pours in from the large sliding glass door and windows in the living and dining areas. Enjoy the cozy gas fireplace from the comfort of the living room as you recline on the leather sofa and arm chairs and watch the snow peacefully fall. There is a large, 55" flat screen smart TV over the fireplace so you won't miss a game. The kitchen has clean lines and all the appliances and accessories you need to whip up a meal or a quick snack. Seating for 6 at the dining table and 2 at the bar means everyone has a seat. In summer or winter grab a beverage and make your way to the private balcony to eat or simply watch the sun set. This is a view you will never tire of.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The second bathroom is just outside in the hall and has a tub/shower. New beds and bedding in the bedrooms make them the perfect place to sleep or just escape to for a few hours to read a good book.

For your added convenience, the unit comes complete with a stackable washer/dryer. The condo complex includes 2 outdoor hot tubs, an athletic facility, and sauna. The free city bus is at the bottom of the driveway for transportation in other seasons. The road up to this hideaway is heated in the winter making it easily accessible and the nearby ski mtn. and old town area offer plenty of first-class dining opportunities, art museums, and activities to keep you busy day and night.

Great place. Wonderful view. Beds/ furniture all very comfortable. There were 6 of us and it was plenty of space. The fireplace was really nice. Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped, although some pans could use replacing - scratched anti stick. The keyless entry was perplexing and, we, all reasonably intelligent adults, struggled with it every time.

We would definitely rent again.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The view is spectacular (especially at Christmas time when the valley is full of lights), the condo was very clean, well-stocked and beds were comfortable. Loved the fireplace (and the little Christmas tree!). The looping shuttle to the base was wonderful- never had to wait more than 10 minutes to catch a ride. My only complaint is that the on call shuttle often wasn't on time and we weren't able to contact the driver outside of the app. That said the drivers were friendly and as accommodating as possible.

We had a fantastic stay with our family of four between Christmas and New Year. The views from this apartment are so amazing, you cannot help to just stand there and stare. The apartment is very well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. We liked the Christmas tree and other Christmas decorations. The place is just very cozy and we spent quite some time watching Netflix with the fireplace on. The shuttle to the base was very convenient and the ski storage locker just outside of the door was very practical. We would love to stay here again.

We wanted a view with a balcony and this delivered. My husband got to sit on the balcony and relax watching out over the valley, and mountains. Close to middle of town and easy access to go do different adventures that were 20-40 miles away too. Clean, friendly staff, easy parking, GREAT VIEW!

We needed a DIFFERENT set of 4 walls within which to hide from the Pandemic. This apartment had everything needed to make a comfortable experience. From breakfast on the deck watching the Hot Air Baloon drift through the valley, to a fully-stocked kitchen for dinner, this place had it all. Cool and comfortable. Thank you for such a nice respite.

We had a great time at the condo! We were at the top of the hill which was a bit of a walk to the gondola, but the shuttle system was quick and easy. The condo had everything we needed and offered a great view of the town.

nice cozy clean place. a little cramped. would be nice to have a dresser or chest of drawers of some sort in the bedrooms. never stayed anywhere that had zero drawer storage in the bedrooms. well furnished otherwise. easy convenient access to hot tub and sauna! very friendly, helpful staff. complimentary shuttle is nice but service (done by way of an app) needs a little refinement for easier communication with the drivers if they (or we) are running late or have to cancel last minute, etc. (I will say that they went out of their way to help us get one of our party from the slopes back to the condo with an unenexpected minor medical situation, so thank you!.)
