Maintenance Technician (FT Regular/PT Seasonal)

Job Description

We are seeking a maintenance technician who is experienced and highly self-motivated. The position will require an individual who can execute quality work in a timely manner. This individual will need to interact on a daily basis in a professional and courteous manner with residents and other team members, be able to discuss maintenance issues clearly and have strong organizational skills to organize his/her workload, complete service requests, and meet with vendors.


  • Identify, troubleshoot, and repair basic plumbing, leaks, electrical, audiovisual including WiFi troubleshooting, pool/spa, painting, and appliance issues in rental units and HOA properties
  • Day to day care and upkeep of common areas for all rental and HOA properties to include snow and ice removal, basic landscaping, sweeping of exterior floors and walkways, and trash pickups. Perform repairs and maintenance of the community's common areas, grounds, and amenities
  • Perform minor repairs in rental units including replacing light bulbs, smoke detectors and remote batteries
  • Drywall, texture and patching skill a plus
  • Respond to and ensure all work orders assigned are satisfactorily completed while maintaining accurate work orders
  • Communicate and report maintenance issues to Supervisor and other team members
  • Must participate in on-call rotation and ensure punctual response to on-call emergencies
  • Must be available to work weekends and night shifts to cover the department's schedule.
  • Must participate in HOA property pool closure rotation schedule

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be extremely detailed with outstanding communication skills.
  • Must have dependable transportation to and from work.
  • At least one year of experience in a maintenance role preferred
  • Must pass an MVR check and background check

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Guest Services Agent (FT – Seasonal)

NOTE: Successful candidates will receive a season pass for 2019/2020 or an optional end of season bonus of $1,000 payable on March 31, 2020.

Job Summary:

  • Greet all guests and make them feel welcome.
  • Book reservations for guests and owner, process check-in/check-out of guests, process any guest credits and/or charges, etc.
  • Contacting guests and welcoming them upon their arrival and exit.
  • Act as an advocate for guests during their stay including efficient processing of all guest inquiries and/or complaints to appropriate personnel in order to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction during their stay.
  • Upon request, provide guests with information regarding local activities such as skiing, snowmobile, fishing, dining, hiking etc.
  • Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, email correspondence, typing, filing, and computer data input processing as necessary.
  • Creating Property Descriptions for new and existing properties across all channels.
  • Adjust listings across all channels according to company guidelines.
  • Adjust rates for listings when needed.
  • Check accuracy of listings and educate one’s self about our properties.
  • Hosting property tours.
  • Audit key cards daily to make sure they are available for guests and staff.

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Telephone marketing/sales experience.

Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour

Reservation/Sales Agent - Includes a Season Pass! (Full Time - Regular)

Job Summary:

  • Book reservations for guests and owners, process any guest credits and/or charges, etc.
  • Provide over-the-phone information and assistance in choosing vacation accommodations based on availability of rental units, amenities, financial considerations, and location of properties.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and provide guest with information on accommodations that would best suit their vacation needs. Convert telephone inquiries into reservations, maintaining acceptable performance statistics and acceptable level of errors.
  • Enter all inquires into the appropriate customer database.
  • Address guest and vendor issues or concerns independently or assist/refer to appropriate department.
  • Encouraged upsells by offering clients additional services or special packages such as Discount Lift Tickets and Ski Rental discounts.
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, recording, mailing, and computer data input processing as necessary.
  • Cross trained and able to cover Guest Service positions as necessary.


  • MUST have knowledge of V12 & the vacation management industry.
  • Reservation Agents must have impeccable customer service skills and be excellent communicators.
  • Be detailed and enjoy assisting others.
  • High School graduate.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior Sales or Customer Service experience.
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, such as copiers, fax machines, and scanners.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Telephone marketing/sales experience.

Location: Must live within 30 miles of Steamboat Springs and have reliable transportation to be considered for this position.

Shuttle Drivers (FT/PT – Seasonal)


  • Must have a current driver’s license and clean driving record. 
  • Be willing to work weekends and holidays.
  • Live within 30 miles of Steamboat Springs.

Housekeepers (FT/PT - Seasonal)

NOTE: Signing bonus


  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Must be extremely detailed.
  • Dependable transportation to and from work required.
  • At least one year of experience in a housekeeping or laundry role preferred.
  • **Must be located within 60 miles of Steamboat Springs and have reliable transportation.
