Housekeeping Manager

Job Summary:

• Create a welcoming environment for our guests by ensuring homes are cared for and cleaned to Retreatia’s standards

• Oversee all aspects of Housekeeping for the portfolio of homes

• Monitor the housekeeping assignments schedule daily to ensure coverage

• Review assignments for hours logged to avoid incomplete assignments

• Complete department payroll while ensuring all hours for Piece Rate are accurately tracked and calculated

• Manage, mentor, train and support the Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervise housekeeping contractors to ensure they meet Retreatia’s standards

• Assist with cleans as needed

• Complete and/or delegate regular inspections of homes to maintain standard cleanliness while working with the Housekeeping Inspector(s)

• Complete and/or delegate inspections of homes prior to guest arrival

• Work closely with the vendors to support guest and homeowner relationships

• Plan, organize and lead meetings while encouraging team participation

• Lead bi-weekly performance evaluations with Housekeeping Supervisor

• Identify maintenance issues and work with maintenance team to resolve them in a timely manner

• Administer supply, inventory and storage programs

• Lead and assist with the Deep Clean program per contract with owners including assisting with deep cleans if needed

• Correspond on a regular basis in person, via phone or email with the Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeepers on your team as well as the management team.

• Correspond in a positive, professional and enthusiastic manner with guests and homeowners.

***This is not a 9-5 job; you may be called upon after normal business hours and on weekends. Flexibility is key. You will also be required to work on an on-call basis according to the monthly schedule prepared for several team members.

Guest Services Agent (FT/PT – Seasonal)

Job Summary:  
  • Greet all guests and make them feel welcome. 
  • Book reservations for guests and owner, process check-in/check-out of guests, process any guest credits and/or charges, etc. 
  • Contacting guests and welcoming them upon their arrival and exit.
  • Act as an advocate for guests during their stay including efficient processing of all guest inquiries and/or complaints to appropriate personnel in order to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction during their stay.
  • Upon request, provide guests with information regarding local activities such as skiing, snowmobile, fishing, dining, hiking etc.
  • Perform clerical duties such as answering phones, email correspondence, typing, filing, and computer data input processing as necessary.
  • Live Chat: Responding to potential guest questions through (Live Chat) through Retreatia Holdings LLC.
  • Creating Property Descriptions for new and existing properties across all channels.
  • Adjust listings across all channels according to company guidelines.
  • Adjust rates for listings when needed.
  • Check accuracy of listings and educate one’s self about our properties and “The Boat”.
  • Hosting property tours.
  • Activating keys, reactivating keys or making new hard keys for properties.

Maintenance Technician (FT/PT/Seasonal)

Job Summary:

We're looking for an energetic individual to assist with tasks related to the daily operations of our rental and association management businesses. Duties include, but are not limited to, fulfillment of in-house guests requests via our Work Order system, unit maintenance, common area cleaning, snow removal and landscaping, and some interaction with owners and co-workers. The position reports to the Maintenance Manager. Highly competitive wage and benefits package for Full-time, year-round employees. The work schedule requires flexibility and weekends. Applicant must have secure housing in the immediate Steamboat Springs vicinity with a reliable transportation. Mileage reimbursement at $.58/mile.


Responsibilities/Job Duties:

  • Promptly respond to work orders and resolve issues documenting work preformed, materials used and time spent.
  • Work orders include but are not limited to changing light bulbs, replacing light switches and thermostats, repairing toilet mechanical systems, cable and wifi troubleshooting, removing trash from units, etc.
  • Work directly with the management team (General Manager, Guest Services, Housekeeping) to provide exceptional service to guests and owners.
  • Working with the team to complete assigned work using communication with staff and management to increase efficiency.
  • Expectation to complete at least 8 work orders per day.


  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be extremely detailed with outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to read, speak and understand the English language
  • At least one year of experience in a maintenance role.
  • Education:  High School diploma or equivalent required

**Must have a valid Driver’s License/pass an MVR check, reliable transportation and live within Routt County.

Shuttle Drivers (FT/PT – Seasonal)


  • Must have a current driver’s license and clean driving record. 
  • Be willing to work weekends and holidays.
  • Live within 30 miles of Steamboat Springs.
