It is great for large groups and families. It has incredible condos to stay in, but it also provides fantastic community amenities that the family is sure to enjoy any time of the year.

Timber Run 308 is perfect for a large family or several friends! You'll find beautiful hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings in the living area. The well-equipped kitchen and ample dining space provide the perfect environment for preparing and enjoying meals. After exploring Steamboat Springs for the day, unwind on the private balcony that overlooks the community pool.
The condo features two king beds, a queen bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed in the loft, and a sleeper sofa. All of the rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan so that you can rest under a slight breeze. Throughout the home, you'll find several flatscreen TVs so you can catch up on your favorite TV show during your vacation.
Timber Run 408:
Enjoy a wonderful Steamboat Springs getaway with your family in Timber Run 408! This spacious condo is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. There's plenty of room for your whole party to spread out and relax. With the dining room, breakfast bar area, and well-equipped kitchen, everyone will be able to dine together comfortably. This unit has tons of windows that bring in lots of natural light.
The condo features two king beds, two twins, a sleeper sofa, and twin bunk beds in the loft. The bunk beds in the loft are fun log-style bunk beds, perfect for the kids! The condo truly has all the comforts of a home, and it will be hard to leave once your vacation comes to an end.
Timber Run 209:
Timber Run 209 is an updated condo perfect for a couple or small group to enjoy during a Steamboat Springs getaway! The living area is designed with your comfort in mind. Curl up with a good book as the fireplace crackles, or catch up on your favorite TV shows using the large flatscreen. Just outside of the living room is the private balcony. It is the perfect place to unwind after you spend the day exploring Steamboat Springs!
The condo features a king, queen, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. A fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table that seats six will be perfect for meal time. It has all of the comforts of home but is located in your favorite place: Steamboat Springs!
Timber Run 103:
Located on the ground level and just steps away from the community tennis courts, swimming pool, and outdoor hot tubs is Timber Run 103! The comfortable furnishings, fireplace, and large flatscreen in the living area provide the perfect environment to unwind. If you want to spend some nights staying in, the well-equipped kitchen will have everything you need to whip up a delicious meal.
Timber Run 103 offers a king bed, a queen bed, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This configuration is perfect for a small family, two couples, or simply a getaway for two!
Timber Run 104:
Timber Run 104 has been beautifully remodeled with your comfort in mind! There are warm wood floors, natural light, and a cozy living area to enjoy. There will be plenty of room for your whole group to enjoy a meal together between the dining area and the bar. The newly remodeled kitchen has granite countertops and everything you need to create a delicious meal during your vacation.
The remodel also included all new beds! There's a king bed, full over a full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Along with the new beds, all TVs were replaced with Smart TVs. You won't have to miss out on your favorite streaming channels while you're here. You can log in using Smart TVs.
Summertime Fun in Steamboat Springs

Steamboat Pro Rodeo Series: Every Friday and Saturday evening this summer, you'll find tons of rodeo action at the Brent Romic Arena. The event's music and entertainment will be fun for the whole family! The fun takes place Friday and Saturday from June 24 to August 27.
Brews in the 'Boat: You don't want to miss this event! It features incredible unlimited wine and craft beer tastings, live music, vendors, and food. The fun takes place in beautiful Downtown Steamboat Springs. Be sure to check their website for ticket and event info. This fun event takes place on June 25th.
2nd Annual Passport to the Botanic Park: The Yampa River Botanic Park hosts its 2nd annual gala on June 25th! Guests are invited to journey through the gardens to tour plant collections that are native to Colorado, all while enjoying global cuisine, wine, and entertainment.
Fourth of July Celebration: In Steamboat, the Fourth of July is not only a celebration of national pride, but it is also an opportunity to honor the Yampa Valley's rich western heritage with fun for all! There are events like the Ski Jumping Extravaganza, the hometown parade, the largest Pro Rodeo event of the summer & more.
Art In the Park: Taking place on July 9th and July 10th, Art in the Park is free to attend and features nearly 150 artist vendors! The event is located in West Lincoln Park, which is on the west end of downtown Steamboat Springs.
Tour De Steamboat: This annual bicycle event will take place on July 16th. It brings together 1,200 cyclists for a one-day ride through beautiful Northwest Colorado. This is a non-competitive event, participants are encouraged to ride at their own pace and enjoy the majestic scenery in this part of the world!
