Recently remodeled 2-bedroom condo is the perfect selection for your Steamboat vacation. For the 2023/2024 season, this ski condo features a private, 5-person locker with boot dryers in the heart of the Steamboat ski base where you can keep all your gear, extra base layers, goggles, snacks right at the base! Drop your skis and boots at the beginning of your trip, then when you’re ready to hit the slopes, make the easy 5-minute walk to the base in your comfortable shoes.

The kitchen features granite counter tops, pine cabinets and it's stocked with everything you need to entertain guests or create that perfect family meal. The open floor plan opens to the dining and living room areas. The living area features a new large, plush sectional sofa with queen sleeper. Warm up by the gas fireplace or lounge on the sofa while you take in your favorite show on the flat screen TV. The patio is located just off of the living room. Walk outside and enjoy a hot cup of coffee or cocoa, or an evening cocktail as you watch the sun set.

The first bedroom has a Queen bed, large closet, allows plenty of sunshine through the large windows. Retreat to your bedroom early and enjoy your favorite show or movie on the flat-screen TV. The first full bathroom is right across the hallway from this bedroom. The large primary bedroom is at the end of the hallway which includes a private and spacious bathroom, double closet, California King bed, large windows, and a flat screen TV to compliment your stay.

Without a doubt, this ski condo will perfectly accommodate your Steamboat lodging needs. The unit includes 2 sets of snowshoes for guest use located in the ski closet. The Rockies complex is located just 400 yards to the Ski Base Area / Gondola Square. You can take the shuttle to the base area, or warm up with a walk, as the ski slopes are only about 5-minutes away. The Rockies has a large heated outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, gas BBQ grilling area, very large parking lot and yard. During the summer, there is also a sand volleyball court on the back.

This condo is amazing! Yes, don’t even think about it, book it!
We travel a lot and mostly stay in vacation rentals. There are very few vacation rentals that we would return to but, this is definitely one we would book again.
This two bedroom, two bath and open living, dining and kitchen was perfect for our family. Even the dogs enjoyed the space. It was so nice to be on the first floor and be able to walk straight out to the grassy area behind the condo. Well, snowy area when we got there and grassy when we left. There is just about everything you need in the kitchen. The bathrooms have convenient toiletries and all the towels you need. The beds were amazing! They were so comfortable you could just fall into it at the end of the day. There was a nice selection of pillows for those that like soft or firm. There is plenty of storage for your winter or summer gear. Lots of places to hang things plenty of drawers. Both bathrooms also had a lot of storage.
On this trip, we did not use the hot tub or the pool, but maybe on our next trip. The gym equipment is convenient to have although we did not use all of it. The elliptical was great. Also, in that same building is laundry and a space.
Location, location, location! I cannot even believe how close to the base of the mountain this is. It is an easy walk up the stairs, a little bit down the road and there is a path that takes you straight to the base of Steamboat . It was also easy to get to the grocery store and the big box store for all of your conveniences. The free local bus picks up right at the top of the stairs/driveway. Also the Retretia shuttle picks you up there. If you’re going to use the shuttle, plan ahead as sometimes there is a little bit of a wait. We found that either driving or using the local bus was easier depending on where we were going. It was an easy drive to natural grocers for all of our food.
Checking in and picking up the keys was very easy. The office is close to the condo. They provide simple written instructions that answers most of your questions.
Kelly and Matt were amazing hosts along with the Retreatia Staff.
We are so grateful to have stayed at Rockies 2304. We look forward to visiting again.
