Enjoy a perfect mountain getaway at EagleRidge Lodge. This updated, alpine-inspired 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a short walk to the restaurants, retail, and activities of the Steamboat Ski Area and Gondola. A quick drive will put you in the center of the happenings of Downtown Steamboat. Elevate your stay with the plentiful amenities of the EagleRidge community including an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, firepit, steam room, and fitness facility.

Kick off your shoes, boots, or otherwise and enter this single-story residence located on the main floor of EagleRidge Lodge. Beautiful finishes, a fresh look, and stylish comfort welcome you after a long day of adventure. Relax by the fire with your favorite TV show on the Smart TV. Belly up to the breakfast bar for a quick pre-ski snack or enjoy a meal, prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, around the dining table with seating for up to 6. Step outside onto the balcony, overlooking green space, to get your daily dose of mountain air and starry skies.

After the day’s powder turns retire to the primary bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower/jetted tub combo. The second bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, and access to the shared bathroom with a shower. Additional sleeping space is in the living room with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. This property has a dedicated, private ski locker.

Rental guests have one-parking space and access to the looping, winter-season Ski Area shuttle. Guests at EagleRidge 204 will also have access to the Retreatia on-call, in-town shuttle throughout ski season. Retreatia guests will check-in at the Retreatia office and will be directed to the Retreatia Front desk for all guest service needs.

This is a beautifully appointed, well kept condo in a very nice development. The amenities....pool, hot tubs, fitness facilities are all great. Easy walk to the base of the mountain or use the on site shuttle. The unit was clean and well equipped with a nice view of the pool area. This was a great experience for our family.
