Description

This top floor townhome is newly updated and located in smaller, private complex walking distance to the mountain. Split between 2 levels, this unit has amazing views of the south valley and Emerald Mountain from the large private balcony. The main level features a large open-space living area with flat screen TV, Bluetooth JBL Flip speaker for use while listening to music or other entertainment, and comfortable western decor warmed up by the stone fireplace and vaulted ceilings.

The fully remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances, amazing granite counter tops, a wine cooler, and built in coffee maker and is open to the living and dining areas. This level also has the master bedroom with king bed, private remodeled full bathroom, and full-sized, stackable washer/dryer.

The top level has two additional 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin over twin bunk beds. Both have dramatic vaulted ceilings. There is also a loft upstairs with a queen sleeper sofa. The second full bathroom is upstairs with a large, walk in shower.

Walk out on the balcony and your breath will be taken away by the extensive views. You won't find a better place to enjoy your morning coffee or enjoy some quiet time with a smooth glass of wine.

The complex seasonal pool and hot tub are right across the parking lot, a few seconds away.

We enjoyed our stay. The space was clean and ready for our arrival. Stayed with my son and 2 grand girls. They loved the bunk beds and the pool. Good location, nice view from the balcony.

Wonderful place. Perfect space for two families. Needs a touch of maintenance but overall we loved it and would stay there again.

Very large and expansive condo. One working tv was a negative as was the lack of a shuttle bus. Noted as being 1 block from the gondola but that is misleading considering you cannot access the slopes. At the end of the day, the walk back up the hill to the condo in ski boots is a deal killer for us next time. We wound up driving to the parking garage days 2-4--an added expense to consider. In the summer, however, this place would be ideal.

The property fit our needs well overall and was great place to stay. It was well maintained, clean and close to amenities and the gondola. The gas grill and patio were not usable during the winter as snow was not cleared so some of the features present in advertising were not 100% usable. Overall, we'd rent the unit again when we visit Steamboat Springs.

Summer vacation Clean. Well appointed. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. Easy parking. Well maintained hot tub and pool. Good location - walkable to Gondola Square.
