This beautifully renovated one bedroom, one bathroom condo is perfectly located a few steps to Right-of-Way Trail for easy ski access and a short walk to Steamboat Resort Base Area. In the summer, enjoy world class mountain biking and hiking or take a quick drive to experience the happenings of downtown Steamboat. Storm Meadows complex amenities includes slopeside community hot tub, sauna, and private ski locker.

Upon entering this condo, you are welcomed into a stylish and inviting open-concept living area with gas fireplace, large Smart TV, Bose bluetooth speakers and chic yet comfortable furnishings. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes for easy meal prep, followed by dinner on a large granite-topped island that seats four comfortably. Enjoy Après Ski on your private patio and in fair weather months, dine al -fresco with views of painted mountain sunsets.

After the days’ adventure retire to the bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, Smart TV, and sliding barn doors for privacy and balance. Condo guests will enjoy a large, updated bathroom with walk-in shower with a rain head. Additional sleeping space is in the living room with the queen sleeper sofa. A large closet takes care of your storage needs and the Lutron Dimmable Lighting System sets the ambience throughout the condo.

Guests have access to one parking space, coin operated complex washer/dryer and community grills. An on-call winter shuttle is provided December through March for all Retreatia lodging guests.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Retreatia at their lovely condo! The condo is very nicely remodeled with attention to detail. They host had supplied everything we needed for our 3 night stay in Steamboat. Check-in was very easy and smooth and communication was great. We still stay at 312 again!
