This gorgeous one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located in the Storm Meadows East building. Just steps from the slopes, you can't beat this location for skiing, hiking, or biking - it's all right out your front door!

Newly remodeled with a mountain-modern design, this condo is the perfect retreat for couples or a family with small children. The large sectional sleeper-sofa, flat screen TV, and gas fireplace provide the ideal space for relaxing after a day outdoors. The spacious kitchen features new stainless appliances, knotty alder cabinets, and granite counter tops, as well as every accessory needed to whip up a gourmet meal or quick snack. Four bar seats make eating together as a family easy, and the open living space means you won't miss a minute of the conversation no matter where people choose to sit. In summer, grab a cup of coffee or prop your feet up with a nice glass of wine and enjoy the fresh mountain air on the private deck with partial views of the South Valley and Emerald Mountain.

Sleeping after a long day of activities won't be a problem. The master bedroom is tucked behind an elegant barn door and the soft, natural light from the large picture window highlights the warm stone and weathered wood accents that run throughout the home. A new king bed with plush bedding, flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom with heated floors, gorgeous marble tiles, tub/shower, and custom sink make this space the perfect retreat. The sleeper sofa provides space for another two, if needed.

A private ski locker, community hot tub and fire pit, and on site coin-operated laundry facilities are just a few of the extra amenities at this property. Two, full-sized washers and dryers are on each floor near the elevator.

In addition to being ski in/ski out, Storm Meadows East is also located a short walk from Ski Time Square and Gondola Square, the heart of the Steamboat Ski Area, where great restaurants and shops are located.

There is only 1 parking space for this unit. The building is entered from the parking lot on the sixth floor. There is an elevator at ground level that you may use or you will descend two flights of stairs to access the condo.

Best ski in ski out condo

This place is awesome! Only steps away from the slopes! Only negative would be that you have to walk down/up about 10 stairs to get to the slopes from the condo. Other than that everything was perfect!

Great ski-in/ski-out location, even in late spring conditions. Property was clean and ski lockers on the same floor as unit was a bonus. Access to the slope was also from the same floor as the unit so it worked our well. There were no issues with on-site parking.

Absolutely wonderful and cozy place! Very comfortable and everything you need is there in both kitchen and bathroom with a heated floor! Location is excellent and the ski lockers are right by the exit to the ski trail making it very convenient! Fireplace beautiful and keeps you warm! Already booked to return! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

My husband, father, and I stayed here for three nights. The ski lockers and location make it so easy to ski in and out through the day. The place is extremely well equipped—everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, extra daily items in the bathroom in case you forget anything, etc. The couch/tv area is wonderful for relaxing after a day on the mountains. Hoping to stay here again!

The condo was very functional and easily accessible to the mountain. The building is old and nothing fancy but it was clean and a perfect place to come back and crash after a day of skiing. Very decent value for the price.

The unit was beautifully renovated and is very conveniently located to the Steamboat trails. It's probably a 50' to 75' walk down a few stairs to the Right-O-Way trail that. takes you right to Gondola Square. Parking is easy and convenient, but bring a brush/scraper as it is outside, which is standard in the area. Not a complaint. The unit is quiet and well furnished. The ski lockers are convenient and right on the way to the back door to access the ski slopes. This unit is on the 4th floor of Storm Meadows East which is good since you don't have to do stairs or take the elevator to get to the slopes - well, outside you do, but it's maybe 10 steps. Also, the laundry machines are on the 4th floor too - convenient.

The condo was beautifully decorated and comfy, but It’s not sound proof at all, we could hear others in the hallway. The refrigerator didn’t work, and we lost some of our food. Also, if you cook there isn’t a vent for the stove and we set the smoke alarm off twice due to this. The room key was a nightmare it worked sometimes and sometimes it didn’t. One of the staff members at the resort (mountain resorts) was very rude to us on the day we left, and because of her we will not go back! The staff at retreatia were great and seemed concerned every time we spoke with them.
The scenery was awesome!❤️

We had such an amazing time in Colorado! The condo was absolutely perfect and so cozy! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare any meal! Perfect location! We visited for our honeymoon 3 days after steamboat was shut down. We had no issue finding things to do and we were able to walk right out to the slopes.
