Timber Run is located just 1/4 mile to the ski area and has some of the best amenities in Steamboat, including three community hot tubs, a pool, sauna, fitness center, and tennis courts.

Timber Run 408 is a spacious three-bedroom condo plus loft that can easily accommodate a large family or several friends. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats 3, a dining area with a large table that seats 8. The living area boasts hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings. It has a cozy sofa and two plush chairs, a gas fireplace, large, flat screen TV, and a quiet private balcony that overlooks the pool and tennis courts. This unit has an exceptional amount of windows and lots of natural light.

The comfortable main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with tub/shower and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom on the main floor has two twin beds, a flat screen TV, and a bathroom just across the hall. Upstairs, the master bedroom has king bed, vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV. The loft includes a door and indoor window that brings in loads of natural light, and the smaller guests will enjoy the new log bunk-bed twin set. There is also an additional full bathroom for the bedroom and loft to share.

Timber Run amenities include an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a barbecue area with picnic tables, tennis courts, shared laundry facilities, private ski storage for each condo, and complimentary shuttle services during the winter to take guests to the ski area, shopping, dining, and other area activities. This condo has parking available for up to two vehicles.

This two-story condo was great for our friends trip. Two primary bedrooms, plus two larger guest rooms was the perfect layout for everyone and boasted plenty of space. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully updated and the open layout between the kitchen/dining/living areas makes a perfect setting for everyone to hang. Plus, the pool (heated in winter!) and hot tubs are great amenities! There is a great shuttle service to town and the lifts. If you want to walk to the resort, it is not far.

Clean and well equipped condo. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pots, plates/bowls, cooking utensils and cutlery. The two twin-bed bedrooms are quite small. They could not be smaller and still hold two twin beds. It is built to the standard one comes to expect from late 20th century ski condos.

The shuttle to and from the mountain is super convenient and runs about every 5 minutes from 8 am to 5 pm. Never had any problem getting to or from the mountain.

Note, the condo is a 3 1/2 story walk-up with no ground floor ski storage.
