The laundry room has a stackable washer and dryer with space to fold. There is access to the covered downstairs patio in the lower foyer.

Retreatia guests have access to the complimentary winter season on-call shuttle. However, a vehicle is recommended for this property because it is not on the City bus line. The duplex is accessed by a fifty-step stairway. A lovely and expansive upper deck is available for guest enjoyment and is shared by both sides of the duplex.
